Food wasn’t properly cooked they messed my order up they refuse to answer the phone and I didn’t realize this until half way thru with my meal I am very disappointed given that this would have been my first meal of the day Popeyes real need to do better ‼️

1 star for eating area- was filthy- lots of spilled beverages and over loaded trash bins (maybe short staffed ?)you're better off picking up your food and eating somewhere else.Staff is friendly and polite- food was great ?

You can get "okay" food here and I've visited a couple times. One unusual experience I had with the service here is that I'll spend $14.14 on a blackened chicken sandwich combo, and I'm offered an option of sauce, I choose bbq and I'm told that'll cost 0.82 cents extra. 82 cents for one the tiny cups of sauce. I know inflation exists but I was surprised. I opted for the 4 free ketchup packets but something as simple as BBQ could've gotten them 1 more star from me. I've also seen some questionable food handling standards where the food is packed and prepared. I don't think I'd seen gloves being used at anytime. Just bare hands. Hopefully it's not as bad as it looks.

I went in there today and order 10 pc with large sides and biscuits. All the food was terrible the 7 pieces missing 3. The wings and legs were so small it was ridiculous and the biscuits were far from fluffy, the French fries tasted old n refried...NEVER EVER AGAIN I wasted my my money.

Grabbed a bite to go from the mall and it was great! I finally had the chicken sandwich. I loved it! Chicken fingers were really breaded (meal picked up for family member) and they did enjoy it, but said there was a lot of batter. Fries are amazing! Loved them. Overall, worth the money and really well

Their meals have suddenly become so expensive. It was so annoying to pay over 30 for two meals

Asked for spicy tenders, gave me regular tenders instead because they " didn't have "Didnt have any bbq sauce. Seems to me they need someone doing a better inventory job.Was very rude and spoke a different language to the other coworker when i asked for a different sauce. Worst experience ever!
