I ordered two chicken sandwiches and I figured I would try the new cheesy bites. When I open the cheesy bites they were smashed and greasy and overly spiced. Two of them were actually empty, there was nothing in the shell. I will never order them again. I asked the young man to make sure my sandwich was fresh. I knew it was going to be a problem when it came so quick. The sandwiches must have been sitting there. The sandwich was cold and chewy, it was terrible. I opened the second sandwich the pickle rounds were a quarter of an inch thick, I have never seen a slice in a sandwich that thick. From now on I go back to Chick-fil-A. I can't believe it was so bad. I just hope I don't get sick. It was so bad I took pictures.

Come to this popeyes all the time. Usually amazing. Today I ordered spicy tenders like I always do and when my husband brought it home realized it wasn't spicy. When he went back the girl behind the counter said it was spicy showed her that it was plain no spice and that we took a bite. She said they changed the seasoning for tenders and it's less spicy now. Told her it wasn't less there was no spice and to drop new tenders. She said no its not busy so she wasn't dropping a new batch. Horrible customer service.

Workers here are unfriendly and rude. Plus side is that you'll give a free side of attitude with every purchase. No one greets anyone at this location. If you ask for something, they wont just say no, but they'll answer you in such a patronizing way as if you was suppose to know it already.

For as long as I’ve been going to this Popeyes location, I’ve never had any issues. I always ask for fresh chicken, and they have no problem making it for me—I just wait however long it takes, which is completely understandable. The staff here understands well, and whatever I ask for, I always get without any problems.
I’m not sure why so many people have complaints about this location, but personally, I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh, and the service is solid.
Worst Popeyes I regret wasting my money here the chicken was dry the mac and cheese was burnt and dry there mash and gravy even drier then the sahara desert I'm pretty sure they don't eat there dumplings dry why do they have chinese ppl running a Popeyes stick to your chinese food ya messing up the real Louisiana style Popeyes fried chicken these ppl don't know what they doing

Today I bought chicken legs at this store, the address is 6516 18th Ave brooklyn ny 11204, there was a female staff with a very bad attitude, when I checked out, the female staff didn't ask me what sauce I wanted, she just gave me ketchup, I said no ketchup, I wanted BBQ sauce, she said it can't be changed, one more BBQ sauce will cost $0.35. I paid for the chicken legs, can't I get some BBQ sauce? Why do I have to pay for the sauce? The service attitude is really bad.

Hi everyone! I moved to the area on Thursday and ordered food for my family! The food in Sororesa was worth throwing away, the chicken was black and in very bad condition. I will never order food from this place again! Depressing! $57 thrown away!!
