For as long as I’ve been going to this Popeyes location, I’ve never had any issues. I always ask for fresh chicken, and they have no problem making it for me—I just wait however long it takes, which is completely understandable. The staff here understands well, and whatever I ask for, I always get without any problems.
I’m not sure why so many people have complaints about this location, but personally, I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh, and the service is solid.

Today I bought chicken legs at this store, the address is 6516 18th Ave brooklyn ny 11204, there was a female staff with a very bad attitude, when I checked out, the female staff didn't ask me what sauce I wanted, she just gave me ketchup, I said no ketchup, I wanted BBQ sauce, she said it can't be changed, one more BBQ sauce will cost $0.35. I paid for the chicken legs, can't I get some BBQ sauce? Why do I have to pay for the sauce? The service attitude is really bad.

Horrible, this young asian girl was giving me a nasty attitude and was so disrespectful, I asked for a mash potato with extra gravy and instead she was busy talking with her friends and gave me NO GRAVY instead. Terrible service

My mom ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese, and a classic chicken sandwich. But they over charged her for the classic chicken sandwich. Then they charged her for a ghost pepper chicken sandwich but just gave her another classic. This is not the first time they just give her want they want instead of what she ordered.

Nastiest, rudest, most disrespectful staff I've ever seen. The young Asian girl taking orders gets easily annoyed and just points to pictures when you have questions regarding your order and when she does say something she's very disrespectful and unprofessional. She also sorts through the chicken to make sure she gives you the smallest pieces. Avoid this place like the plague. Terrible customer service.

I have drink an invisible poison; therefore, the cashier lady skipped and offered help for the gentlemen behind me instead. Love it. The poison works.
Order was delivered. The chicken was good. The skin was krispy.i very much enjoy their chicken.

I know they share the same recipe, but this is the best Popeyes restaurant i ever have in brooklyn. They change oil frequently that i can tell from the fries. Their chicken is more crispy and juicier. I will definitely come back again!
