Stopped here for lunch with my son. My experience was less than pleasurable. Got both of my orders wrong. When using the cafe seating, there was a roach crawling on the wall beside us. Tables are left a mess. Walls are filthy and the place is barley taken care of. Asked for a side of strawberry jam from a guy at the counter. His partner was going to open a new box to give me some when he stopped them and started speaking in another language and then proceeded to tell me they were out. While waiting for our food in the cafe, employees were using vulgur language and talking about topics considered to be not work appropriate. Not the standards I thought Popeyes would uphold themselves too. Disappointing. Management, please fix this.

I ordered the big combo fried chicken and it was freshly made! Staffs gave a bunch of sauce when I asked for them. Great location for ordering because portion seems to be more from personal experience.
