Ordered online and paid with my credit card. Arrived to pick up my order and they said I still owed them $0.53 because they charged me $0.99 for cheese instead of $0.50 from the order I placed online.

My father went into this popeyes today and gushed about how well mannered the workers were. They were quick to make sure his order was correct and to his liking and were kind working with him. Thank you to the staff! He was very happy about his meal.

I’m really disappointed with my order today. I paid $9 for a mac and cheese and ended up receiving potatoes instead, which wasn’t even close to what I ordered. On top of that, the chicken sandwich was extremely hard and barely edible. For the price, the quality should be much better. Very frustrating experience.

This a very standard Popeyes nothing to write home about. The food is usually decent though sometimes the chicken can be a bit dry if they're between batches. The staff is usually pretty accommodating if you ask for extra sauces and they are friendly enough. However I must warn you about ordering the spicy chicken, I don't really taste the spice so I think they sometimes just give you the normal ones in lieu of the spicy ones without telling you. Overall decent, but probably check to see if the chicken is fresh (look over the counter)

the food wasn't very warm, the burger was full of fat, the fries were kind of expired, I never recommend buying food here
When this place first opened it was immaculate. The decline is insane. Old ass chicken sitting on the rack, so disgusting to look at. It’s so unappetizing when you walk in and see large amounts of chicken sitting there serving you the oldest batch that’s sitting in the front LOL. I’ve been in the mood for Popeyes many times since I live across the street with my girl. I walk in… then walk out LOL!!

Same issue here, but with food - got ghost pepper wings and 4 out of 12 were inedible, rock hard and dry. Usually, the ones from 18th Ave are great, guess I made the wrong choice this time.
