The staff is rude a d nasty. I ordered food in error at the wrong store and call 30 minutes to let them know and she said sorry we do not do refunds. I asked if was packed yet sage aid no. I asked to talk to someone else and she was worse. This staff is a terrible representation of Popeyes. If I did not need to use them for business lunch. I would never use them at at all. And go to this location . The issues I have to go thru to get this resolved. So basically they stole my money. Hope they feel good about that.

I personally think the manager Janel got issues that she brings to work with her, all I wanted was my food which I was seeing on the counter I ask to pass it to me, she told me to hold on an proceeded to deal with other customers who was behind me, I tried getting her attention again and ask her about my food she told me she’s not trying to argue with me, I said why would I try to argue with all I want is my food so I can get out of here, so proceed to call me gay telling to grow a pair of balls

It's Popeyes. You're going to wait. They need more staff during peak hours. It's clean, chicken is fresh because of the high turnover. Customers are always there. You're NOT going to get stale chicken.
Store was busy but after I spoke directly to the young lady, I think her name was Vanessa. She was very friendly and she seemed to appreciate being spoken TO and not AT.
