I’m really disappointed with this experience. The store closed its doors and started cleaning about 25 minutes before the posted closing time, even though I had already placed an online order for two fish sandwiches.

When I arrived, the doors were locked. A manager in a grey shirt came over, walked across the freshly mopped floor, checked my order, and handed me a bag through the door before quickly closing it again. When I got home and opened the order, I realized I was given a bag of chicken instead of the fish sandwiches I paid for.

Given the early closure, the rushed interaction, and the incorrect order, this whole situation was frustrating and unacceptable. If the store was going to stop serving early, the order should have been canceled rather than fulfilled incorrectly.

I’d appreciate this being addressed.

The food is amazing and the staff is even better to. I recommend coming here for some amazing lunch or dinner!! It will totally turn your day around and your taste buds to.

Ordered the three-piece five dollar favorite and clicked on white meat. After ordering online, the person in the store tells me I can't get Breast because they will have to charge me a dollar more but nowhere online or in the store is that posted just Word of Mouth. They got two stars because she tried to work with me but I wanted what I paid for and ordered. Went up a star for communication let's see what happens if I go back to the store

Genuinely some of the worst I have ever seen. This is not the staff’s fault management needs to step it up their pickup service is in the pits of hell.

I went there today 11/10 bought pepper wings and 8 pieces family meal and a chicken sandwich with out pickles, the wings was regular and didn't get my biscuits which my son likes and yes the sandwich had pickles. Call back multiple times no answer guess I am to blame some cause I should of check my order before I left 🤦🏻‍♀️
P.S the cashier was polite though

M in the afternoon. Rude and inside was filthy. I will never return. I will walk the 15 blocks down to get Popeyes before 760 new lots ever gets another dime from me. So disappointed.

Bad experience at this Popeyes – 760 New Lots Ave, Brooklyn

I was here last Monday night, and honestly, the experience was terrible. The guy working there looks like he’s over 50, maybe Bangladeshi or Indian means asian is super rude to customers. Every time I stop by, he’s got an attitude. If you order something that’s not ready, he just ignores you, keeps packing food, and then comes back later like nothing happened.

He talks to people in a really disrespectful way, always saying “excuse me, excuse me” in this rude, irritated tone — like he’s mad that customers are even there. Feels like he thinks he owns the place or something.

Also, I didn’t see any name tag on him, and he wasn’t wearing a hat or cap — which is a basic food safety rule.

Popeyes management really needs to look into this. The service and attitude here are giving the whole store a bad name. Please take action — this location deserves better for its customers.

SO YESTERDAY I WENT IN WITH COUPON THAT STATED 10 PIECES OR TENDERS, 2 REGULAR SIDES AND 5 BISCUITS. I GET HOME ONLY 9 PIECES PLUS CHARGED EXTRA FOR MAC & CHEESE. NOW WHEN I PLACED ORDER WAS NEVER TOLD IF YOU GET MAC & CHEESE ITS EXTRA. I WAS TOTALLY NICE JUST TO BE CHEATED OUT OF WHAT I ORDERED. SO EITHER ACCEPT COUPONS AND GIVE WHAT IT SAYS OR DONT ACCEPT THEM. BUT STOP GIVING PEOPLE WHAT YOU WANT AND NOT WHAT THEY ASK FOR OR PAID FOR. AND I WILL BE LETTING CORPORATE KNOW HOW SAD THIS LOCATION IS!!
