Here’s what I will say, food was left on the warmer? or rack with zero heat. My food was given cool. I doubt I can give them another chance even if I have a crave. They up charge on the offer as the picture shown. Service, well there wasn’t any. They desperate to leave out the place asap. I prolly won’t ever return to this place despite of my love to Popeyes. Other location at least knows how to fry food this place just ain’t it. I hope a new owner or new batch of employee will take over.

As someone who understands the language the staff speaks, they are not necessarily kind to customers walking in 😅 but I guess it’s amusing to hear the comments.

They never turn on the Air Conditioning even on 85 plus degree days, and you cannot use rewards points for a majority of their items. Not a place you wanna sit down and eat because you get the feeling they don’t want you there sadly.

Andy who is working at the counter was the cashier or possibly one of the managers very helpful excellent in customer service and very knowledgeable about the product

Service is good but why do they NEVER have the strawberry cheese pie? Every other franchise does. This one is the only delivery option we have for Popeyes in our area, but doesn’t carry it? I have to wait till you close for the day to order from another Popeye’s who does carry it.

It was a delivery from Popeyes’ website via DoorDash. The website was easy to order from, price comparable/less than UberEats total. Food was fresh, packed well and driver arrived at scheduled time. I’d order directly from them again.

Unclean chicken that makes you go to the toilet afterwards, despite the A grade in health inspection on their door.

Lazy staff who are men and like to gossip about customers in their own language. They really don’t get the orders right as shared in reviews here.

The bathroom has been out of order forever in order to cut costs and not have to deal with cleanup. I know because I’ve come here in the past a few times with an out of order restroom. It seems the quality of clean chicken has never been good in these reviews, though it was acceptable when I came here in the past…management doesn’t do anything to fix the problem!!!

The staffs are extremely lazy and petty, often gets my online order wrong. How y’all gonna have my order wrong and serve me raw chicken on top of that?

I ordered food from online, two time they give a cold food, the fries are cold and even not look fresh,I'm live like 8-10 minutes far from this Popeyes store,Avoid this store

Not you guys fraudulently leaving your order machines on & when customers go to pickup their order on midnight despite you guys suppose to be open until 2am, you guys are closed. DO NOT ORDER UBER EATS FROM HERE. Not only are these folks claiming to be open & claim to have your order ready. When you go to Pick it up they're closed & Uber eats will not help you and instead charge you for the food because Popeyes claimed they prepared the food already when in fact they didn't and they've been closed. Don't bother to call the store number. No one is going to answer since they're obviously closed when they should be open.

This has to be one of the worst Popeyes experiences I’ve ever had.The fries were cold and hard definitely not freshly made.Shortly after eating, I started feeling sick and had diarrhea. I seriously question the hygiene and food safety here. And the staff seemed very young and completely irresponsible. They didn’t care about customer service or food quality at all. With this kind of management, I definitely won’t be coming back.
