If I could give negative stars I would. The staff across the board just doesn’t seem to give a damn about the service, they have a “ take it and go” attitude about servicing the customer. They never have spicy or mild. Just not worth time nor energy frankly

This particular Popeyes in this area of Brooklyn is actually really good they're always on point the food is always good and fresh they're fast they're very professional and the place is always spotless I mean it is what it is it's Popeyes I mean the lines are incredible they but they have a wonderful business and they do extremely well here anyway. Guyanese looking cashier is extremely rude. She does not listen... she puts whatever pieces you say you don't want if you get a box of mixed chicken. I asked for no wings & mostly legs... it was a 10 piece, she gave me 1 breast, 1 thigh, 4 legs and 4 wings...I said NO WINGS!!! WE DON'T EAT WINGS FROM POPEYES!!! SHE DON'T CARE... SHE WILL NOT REMOVE THEM. Every time I go there, I expect her to change, but she always lets me down. She's ALWAYS rude... & had a smart response every time, like the food is free. Smh... I look for other people to take my order. I'm surprised more people don't complain because their is 95% chance there's gonna be an issue with her & other customers. However, the food is great...especially the mashed potatoes...I don't like it from anywhere else... theirs are the best!!!

Unfortunately I come here quite often & yeah as soon as you come in you pretty much know what kinda service you’re about to receive. Mediocre at best. Food quality 3/10 at best.. extra charge for condiments but trust me they won’t give you any be lucky if you get 2 napkins with your box of chicken. lol whoever is the owner boy you really cutting all cost lol
