I dont know what all the nasty comments and reviews are about. I never had an issue at this location and I'm usually here in the middle of the night, 3am-ish, when you'd expect terrible food/service. The only issue I have is that when you order fries, you ALWAYS have to ASK for ketchup. Then they'll get you 1 or 2 packets, in which you have to ask again, for more. Tbh this is at mostly all food places now, so I can't single this place out. Even McDonalds skimps...
