Ordered through door dash, they sent me the wrong order, chicken wasn’t done in the inside. Food was cold not fresh and this location just opened up! Shame on you already! Unacceptable ?

I ordered a two piece chicken order here in the evening yesterday and the cashier took my order and basically forgot about me like i was a nobody. Then i waited and watched several orders get called (over 7 orders) and people got their food. And i waited extensively for a two piece of chicken. And for what? It's just two pieces of chicken. So i got back in line after i reminded the lady handing out orders of my order number after no result from that. I was glanced at and ignored. So i waited in line until i got to speak to the cashier that originally took my order, and i showed her my receipt and she turned away to go put exactly two pieces of chicken in the box for me and then she gave it to me. She didn't even give me one extra piece of chicken after making me wait so long while other employees ignored me. I didn't act negative in any way when i entered the store. I simply just ordered two pieces of chicken and was ignored while many more orders were taken. No one even asked me "what's your order miss?" after seeing and observing me waiting a while. No one made sure i got my simple order in a reasonable time frame. Also i have a food service certification personally and my mom has been working in food service for over 20 years at Madison Square Garden. So, i must say, the service here for me at this popeyes restaurant was very dismissive, inattentive and very much lacking a professional standard. Very sad for a place that just opened to do that. My interpretation of that is lack of care, concern, and training. Not a good experience at all. ☹️

Ohhhhh yeah!!! A Popeyes on this side of BedStuy!!!! A block from the Gates J, this brand new, shiny Popeyes. We came at 9pm and we actually got a table. We had a “small” bite lol and tbh I liked it a lot. For starters, it is still clean, no homeless unlike the Myrtle/Broadway, the employees are nice and food was super fressshhhhh. 5 stars all the way!!! ?
