It is a great restaurant with great food , but they are not really great with coupons or deals. If you see an email from Popeyes about a deal take it with caution when it comes to this franchise as it will not take it a lot of the time. Prefer another franchise to use coupons at times

THIS IS THE WORST POPEYES TO ORDER FOODS USING THEIR APP OR UBER EATS!
ORDERS ARE INCOMPLETE 50% OF THE TIME. MGT IS INCAPABLE OF CORRECTING THE ISSUES EVEN AFTER YOU BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION MULTIPLE TIMES A YEAR, SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE ASAP.

For a long time now we have been having issues at this location (712 Broadway Brooklyn NY) with food ordered thru the app. I don't understand why but it seems as they are having too much fun at their store and getting distracted which causes them to forget to add some of the meal in our orders. Yesterday 2/15/25 we placed an order totalling $61.00. Part of our order was missing they also omitted to give us the large mashed potatoes (which aren't cheap) at this place.

I called the store and the mgr say sorry, mistakes happen and Uber will give you your $ back. This is very upsetting because this is not just a matter of getting our $ back, but the fact that one of us has an incomplete meal or no meal at all. I couldn't leave the house to go running over there at night to get our food.

This isn't the first time we have had this experience with our online orders at this location. This happens a lot, for some odd reason all our orders come from this particular location, so we are stuck with these people.

While i was on the phone with the mgr all you can hear was them having a good time laughing out loud and chatting within themselves while they were working, this is probably part of the problem, they're too distracted. People are free to have fun at work, but darn it do it while you are also getting our orders right!

My suggestion is for the mgr to assign someone to be checking each order before it leaves the store, before it's on it's way. If this was a better type of job are they going to be this careless? I doubt that their boss was going to let this incompetency slide and hurt their business. So Then why are their bosses at POPEYES allowing them to be so careless with us, their customers? Thanks in advance

Very nasty people The service are nasty they don't wear gloves they disrespectful the guy cursed me out and the manager cursed me out making racist remarks please avoid this please this is not good people they don't have no customer service I don't even know why they still working in there

This is the second time I went to this Popeyes and was told they don't have a public restroom. The website includes as an amenity restrooms. The staff are unprofessional and they don't listen to what is being said to them or asked of them. One of the staff rolled her eyes at me.

Asked the lady for my food as she packing it up and told me it wasn't ready... waiting for my food while it just sitting there. She left to go home and u asked another employee if my food was ready and handed me the bag the that the first worker packed up. Nasty attitude as well.

Female cashier was very rude. She would not put my beverage in a plastic bag. Where she put it in a plastic bag for a woman right behind me. I had to wait thirty minutes for a simple order of wings mashed potatoes. They were more concerned about orders that food apps put to the business than the customer that is in front of their face.

I have been going to this Popeyes for over 10 years and it used be one of my favorite places to go to, at least twice a week. But the new management and staff are terrible. There will be three to four people behind the counter just staring at you and will make you wait to take your order. The staff's attitude and lack of hospitality makes going there such horrible experience.
