I ordered the maple cardamom latte and it was tasty. But it cost $10.98. I'm used to paying a bit more for oat milk (unfortunately) at this point, but that felt way too high for what it was. If the cost were lower, I'd definitely be back because it was really nice.
The staff is always friendly and efficient. Poppy's have many interesting local items for purchase (frozen and refrigerated) along with their regular food menu items. I'm not a huge fan of their cookies or brownies, but I do appreciate their seasonal pastries and especially their danishes and scones. I appreciate the seasonal change up of the menu and how they use fruits in season to create their pastries. Over the summer I really enjoyed their fig and cheesecake danishes....
Nice service, cute cafe, but they up-charge non-dairy milk $1.50!!!! Highway robbery, especially for those of us who cannot/will not ingest animal products for dietary and or ethical reasons.
