Best drip coffee in the neighborhood, both hot and iced. A wonderful place to hang out, which feels like a real community, both with the wonderful people who work there and the regulars. Brad goes out of his way to give back to the community as well. A Park Slope institution.
This place is lovely. I'm in NYC from Mexico City for a conference and I came here to work on my paper, and this is probably the most relaxed and comfortable I've been my entire time here. This middle aged guy, I think he might be the owner or manager, is super approachable and kind. He chats with the customers and employees and makes one feel welcomed. This place is very unpretentious, chill, cozy, and child-accommodating. There's good strong wifi and even a printer...
Very warm and welcoming cafe with ample indoor and outdoor seating. With all of the breakfast places in the area I was surprised to find that they have probably the best egg and cheese bagel sandwich around. To top it off the owner is friendly and always sparking fun conversations with patrons.
