Dear Potbelly Sandwich Shop,I wanted to bring to your attention a recent experience I had at your location. I placed an online pickup order and after waiting for several hours, I was told that my order was not ready. When I approached the manager about the issue, I was met with a horrible tone and attitude. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to receive my orders in a timely manner and to be treated with respect and professionalism by your staff. Unfortunately, this was not the case in my situation. I hope that you will take steps to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future.I hope to hear back from you about how you plan to address this issue.
Waited a hour for my online pickup that still wasn’t ready. Customers were coming In n Out waiting on the line. How is that fair? The manager was of course no help, she said I would have to wait but the customers coming in and out do not have to wait?
Incompetent manager. Had customers waiting hours for their pickup order, when customers placing orders inside the store were able to get their foods in and out. What kind of system is this? Why are the customers who tried to save the wait and place a order online have to deal with this? The manager was of no help, she told us to keep waiting, but employees are able to assist a customer that gets on the line now? I'm sorry Potbelly but this is horrible customer service.
They make good sanwiches - but for take away they sure failed on Sunday September 11th.5 days before, I had pre-ordered sandwich + chips + water for a group of 41 guests. Pick up at 11 am on September 11.I was in the store at 11:05 AM and the food was not ready. I understand, that they want to make it as fresh as possible. But it took more than 1 hour before we got our food. I had a tour bus sitting outside with guests waiting for their food for an hour.Simply not good enough!
I got there close to their closing time, but the staff were still helpful and very friendly. Their vegetarian sandwich was tasty and such a good value!
Potbelly brings the quality every time, with the best baked goods you'll ever taste. The cookies... the cookies.
NOT OFFICER FRIENDLY. . They messed with my food. Im in law enforcement I came to pick up my online order in uniform. They said it wasn't ready and we're about to start on it. When I opened it. It had a big hair on it. The sandwich looked off. I was disgusted. I went to the manager to get a refund.
This place is really the best for sandwiches and soups.Tried the vegetarian version of Mediterranean sandwich and it was simply the best.So filling and its really worth it…Try it out if you have one near you…..Dont forget to get the soup and a side of chips for munching ??
Their sandwiches are delicious! good quality, portion & pricing. The staff at the cashier though.. rude and aggressive. Corporate should really invest more resources on customer service training; a written apology nor a gift card fixes the actual issue.
Employees did not care. Sandwiches were bland and cold. No salt or pepper. Buy your $15 sandwich somewhere else other than this location

It had been years since I dined at the Potbelly located on Adams Street in Brooklyn. NYC. The reason had more to do with the long lines than anything else.Enjoyed a delicious Avocado/Turkey sandwich on Multi-grain bread. The staff were pleasant and there was no line ??.Will make a point of returning again.PS - a shout out to the employee who initiated the first part of my sandwich. Again congratulations on your one month employment. ? ? ?
Potbelly imho is the most underrated fast food restaurant. Food portions are always generous. Ingredients are very high quality. You can't find any oatmeal cookies better than these... anywhere, and this is NYC!

Love the food here and the people are always kind. I dont like the chips or the cookies.
I got a soup and sandwich combo with chips for lunch delivered to my home. Delivery was great. I accidentally ordered a skinny sandwich and they're not kidding when they say skinny. The cheddar broccoli soup was ok - I didn't finish it.
