Cute place, lots of options. My bagel had the essence of cream cheese. The employees were wearing EarPods and screaming at customers bc obviously they couldn’t hear.

The bakery is amazing, and the owners are fantastic. However, the worker in the sandwich department is rude and unprofessional. It's unacceptable to see such behavior in an otherwise great establishment. This needs to be addressed immediately.
The only good thing about this place is that it looks nice, I asked for well done and the hash-browns are barely even cooked.
You have to pay extra for everything, cup EXTRA, cream cheese EXTRA, bag EXTRA.
Can’t believe this place it used to be a staple in Brooklyn and now they are penny pinching on every little thing they can.
And it was roughly $25 for what’s in my pictures.

One of the workers at the bagel shop always has a terrible attitude. He is very condescending and was complaining I took too many napkins and wanted to charge me an extra $1. He is losing you business, because many people are going to competing stores for their breakfast. Today is Tuesday, July 23, 9 am. Please let him know that his customer service and attitude are unacceptable and if he doesn’t fix it, maybe he should get another job…

RAW! They are selling pastry that is mostly raw dough! Its soooo disgusting. They ve been around for many years and it was a decent bakery but i guess like so many places the qaulity has turned into trash. So sad you can barely find good quality and safe food around any more. Hope i dont get sick eating a small piece of that raw pastry.

Got a dozen assorted bagels. They are truly great and delicious bagels at very reasonable prices. Didn't get anything fancy so I was in and out in under a minute with my sweet haul of fresh bagels.

The place was dirty sweeping floor from day before.no one to cut bread waited from 645 to 715. This place used to be good no one there to run it down hill
Had an adequate, unusually chewy and crusty bagel here. No complaints.

They hire the worst people here. Place is dirty inside and out. Cake was dry. Very high prices. No more.

Terrible…
Will never be getting any business from me again. Some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Don’t waste your money
Whenever I visit NYC I have to stop at Pressers to get my Jewish bakery goods! Yummy!! Wish there was someplace in GA like this!
It's closed , which the edit option doesn't allow me to change, so this listing is incorrect about Sat open hours
