Food was great, however I came in when the shop was quiet and the staff member had been free for awhile, so I was a bit surprised to be asked to load my own paper into the printer without any offer of help. It felt a little unwelcoming, especially since I was expecting some basic assistance. Maybe that’s just how things are run, but the interaction left me uncomfortable. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of improving the customer experience.

Best coffee in Flatbush! The espresso and the vibes are special here. Kent the owner will always welcome you with a smile and it’s a great place to grab freshly baked pastries, or empanadas. Perfect for a spot to a relax or bring your laptop to work.

Place is slowly becoming my go-to shop in the area. I am a fan of their coffee and LOVE their cakes. The carrot cake, in particular, is my absolute fav.
You can also print stuff here. You early connect to wifi and add credits. 5 dollars sets you up, and you can use the credits later. Use them here or at other locations where the printing company machines are placed.

Nice coffee shop with good amount of seating. Coffee and food offerings are good. However they charge for non dairy milk. I only ask for a splash of oat in my coffee and the Charge is 80 cents. It would make sense for a latte as it requires half cup of milk. However, a splash of oatmilk in a drip coffee doesn't make sense to charge for...there are many splashes of oatmilk in 1 container.

This place has damn good coffee.

First and foremost, the selection of drinks and snacks was surprisingly limited. I expected to find a variety of options, but there was hardly anything that appealed to me, especially since I can’t drink caffeinated drinks. Because of this, I ended up not ordering anything at all.

What made the situation worse was the attitude of the cashier, who might be the owner. He was quite rude and even called me out, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. This lack of courtesy was particularly disappointing.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Prime Grind. The combination of a limited menu and rude service is not something anyone should have to endure. There are plenty of other coffee shops that offer a better atmosphere and customer service

I stopped in for black ice coffees and it’s some of the best, most favorable coffee I’ve had to date. Sweet and a lighter roast. Beautiful inside and friendly.

The Black Art Expo

This establishment was 10/10 from start to finish—so much that I came back the next day. The staff was pleasant, my drink (both days) were perfect—I actually never had a better drink. The atmosphere and overall vibe was very welcoming. I enjoyed the music selection and volume. It felt very homey! Will definitely be returning and supporting!

Cute little local coffee shop. The almond croissant and chocolate almond croissant are very good, so is their iced latte. They also have a printer for use.

LOVE the chicken and cheese empanada

The dirty chai with lavender is something I’m happy I tried. It’s a spiritual healing of a drink. Please give it a try if you’re looking for a random drink.

Great customer service and the atmosphere was calm and quiet which made it an ideal place to study for my exam.

I had a turmeric latte with actual fresh ground turmeric and powder and it was so good I didn’t ha add any sweetener. The vibe in the space was chill and relaxed, and community. I did not have any food or pastries so I cannot say how they were, though they looked and smelled incredible.
