I stopped by this place for a quick dinner around 9 p.m., just before closing. Most of the food was nearly sold out, but there were still a few people eating. It’s more of a takeout-style spot than a sit-down restaurant, though they do have a few small tables and bar stools if you want to eat there. Don’t expect a full dining experience — it’s more casual and functional.

I ordered a potato and cheese croquette, which was mild and a bit bland, almost like mashed potato coated in breadcrumbs and fried — simple but comforting. The second item I tried was a roll stuffed with sausage, peppers, and cheese. It too was on the bland side and could’ve used more flavor - but tasty.

On the plus side, everything was affordable and filling, making it a good option for a quick, budget-friendly bite at the end of the day.

Took a few pies from there .pizza like pizza maybe a little above the usual hole in the wall . I’m not comparing it to l and b or deffara. But for my 6’year old , it was excellent . However last time I got their special pie wings and soda. First he didn’t have the soda I wanted , ok whatever . But when I got home and opened the pie I saw bathe pizza being darker than usual and had spice on it (oregano). My child noticed right away ., I had to have her out permanent on top so she won’t taste as much . I called immediately and the guys answer was “ most pizzerias put oregano in their sauce, but I put it on top of the pizza” I told him why would you do that because before you never did that and he replied next time just say I want a regular pizza with oregano. Such a spice like oregano or thyme, or any of those shrunk spices have to be put in in a correct way, so the person doesn’t feel it as much, but it will still bring out the flavor of whatever you are doing if I wanted oregano on my pizza, I would’ve taken a packet and I would’ve Spilled it on my pizza. I didn’t ask for an oregano slice .

“I can’t believe I paid $28 for this pizza. The crust was soggy, the cheese tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, and the toppings looked like they came straight from a frozen grocery bag. For that price, I expected fresh ingredients and at least a hint of flavor—but all I got was disappointment. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.”

I went to Romo pizza a few times to try some of their different pizza slices. A young man named Edwin helped me every time and he’s the best! Immediately acknowledging me every time and always getting my order correct and expedited. This place is great. Edwin’s the man!

The small restaurant is located in the Homecrest section of Brooklyn. They prepare Italian cuisine. They have no servers and several tables for dining in. I ordered the personal pizza pie. It was priced well and tasted good. They have a special fullsize plain cheese pizza for $15. They have a variety of pizza, heroes, salads and dishes. The chicken parmigiana hero was very good and tasty. Friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve been coming here three time a week for the Margarita slice with pepperoni & a Root Beer Under old ownership & Current ownership. And they haven’t skipped a beat. Food and service is still top notch quality. Stop by for a slice and root beer.
