As a loyal customer, who’s there from the beginning. I decided not to come here anymore because I’m guessing the lady owner has a bipolar personality which makes me feel unwelcome, even if I try talking to her nicely. Which she did not acknowledge. I have to put a smile on my face to not ruin the experience for me to dine there which is not worth it.

This place is really disappointing. The food is overpriced and not tasty at all. The pot of tea was really expensive for that amount of tea we got, no tea leaves, as pictured. The place looks cozy and aesthetic, but the restroom is dirty. The service wasn’t the best. Had to catch the waiter and ask him for napkins, which weren't offered. The tips were included, which was unexpected. There is no information about this anywhere and no one mentioned it. All the dishes we got our food and tea in were broken and cracked. I won't recommend. There is better places were you can get these types of desserts or good tea.

Okay food, pretty decor - have gone here at night and it was beautiful sight indeed. Held my birthday party here, safe to say I won't be having it here again and wouldn't recommend having any sort of party here. The service is okay, I can definitely sense some sort of hostility to people who are on the warmer skin tone (as am I), won't be coming back here anytime soon.

We really enjoyed our visit to Prince tea chaise! The interior is very cozy and beautifully designed. There’s also a lovely summer extension with a transparent ceiling — it gives the place such a nice, airy feeling. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring. And of course, everything was both beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend!

Really disappointing experience. Service was poor, desserts didn’t taste good at all. Everything felt overpriced for the quality. Came here because the place looked nice from the outside, but it did not live up to expectations. Won’t be coming back.

I have been to this location several times before and was shocked at the quality standards that were very much lacking during my last time.

When we arrived and were seated we informed the staff that we were celebrating a birthday. We were shocked when the birthday girls slice of cake arrived before our meals with no candle or anything. So after we ate we started singing, when another staff member interrupted and offered to clean up our table and get a candle for us.

On a last but the most important note.. I ordered their fruit toast, it arrived and looked so delicious. However, after taking a closer look the bread had mold on it. They took it back and asked if I wanted another and I said no. We paid the bill and were getting ready to leave.. but to my surprise they were bringing out another fruit toast for me. I was surprised but thankful , and they packed it up for me to take it home. After the first mold experience, I wanted to make sure that this new one didnt have any mold either. And to my surprise this one did as well. (Yes those white circles on the bread is mold)

Please be careful when eating here and be sure to triple check the bread. I know for sure that I will not be going there any time soon. This last experience ruined it for me.

the service was really bad compared to what it use to be. the food portions became smaller and drinks became diluted. there is also a 18% gratitude automatically added to the bill…

I wanted to mention the guy, who works here - his name is Ben. His politeness and attention to detail really enhanced the visit. Excellent service!

I rarely write reviews. I attended a bridal shower at this location. The interior is charming and very clean. The food was delicious. The service is outstanding. The servers are friendly and attentive.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant chain because I really enjoy their cake, but unfortunately, my experience at this location hasn’t been the best. The service is often slow, and the staff’s attention is lacking. I’ve also noticed that the slice of cake I always order is noticeably smaller here compared to other branches, even though the price is the same.
On one occasion, they even tried to charge the tip twice, which felt dishonest and disappointing. Also, the cake sometimes tastes like it’s not fresh, and the tea is much weaker than at other locations it lacks flavor and feels watered down.
As a customer, I’ve decided to stop coming to this branch and now go to another location where the service, quality, and transparency are much better.

I went here today with my sisters, and from the start the waiter barely acknowledged us, when we ordered the food, it took them nearly 30 minutes to bring out one scoop of ice cream, and on top of that we ordered a California sandwich and the sandwich was 90 percent lettuce, so I payed $12 for some lettuce. Anyways after everything was done I went to pay the bill all of a sudden the total came up to $50 when we only ordered $38 worth of food, I’m like what how? And then I see that they charged me an 18% tip ? For that service ? They automatically charged me without notifying me before hand or anything, no sign or anything at the place to specify this, they can’t even let me decide if I want to tip for their service or not ? I asked the cashier why am I being charged this tip she continues to say “the computer system does it” like what ?

Prince Tea House is a cute place for a gathering. Took my daughter and her friends there for her birthday and we had a wonderful time. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant and the food was delicious. I will be going back.
