Went with my friends for a birthday. Waiters were very kind

Good food, great atmosphere.
However, adding 18% tip upfront for a party of two was a little too cheeky when there are no signs posted. A poor choice of business etiquettes. And yes I have been there before at least 5 times and they probably started doing in the last year or two.

Very nice atmosphere, very nice tea, and service, but CRAZY prices. So so expensive! I understand we are in New York, but this is Brooklyn, not Manhattan! Stop ripping people off!

I was very disappointed about this particular location. Compared to Staten Island location it’s night and day. The food was terrible and the service was nothing to brag about.
Fake calamari, please don’t order. Cod fish was terrible. The only thing that w as ok is tea.

I am very disappointed.

We came to Prince Tea House after dinner, and it was the perfect way to end the night. We sat in the back area filled with twinkle lights super cute, warm, and such a photogenic setup. The dessert presentation here is always stunning and picture-perfect!

I got the Purple Yam Soufflé, freshly baked and served with vanilla ice cream. It takes about 15 minutes, but it’s absolutely worth the wait warm, soft, and perfectly balanced with the cold ice cream. First time trying it, and definitely not the last 10/10! One of my friends ordered the Fruit Toast, which was beautifully stacked with bananas, strawberries, and ice cream we all had a bite, and it was a hit. Another friend got the Mango Crepe Cake, which we loved, and the last one had the Strawberry Shortcake, light and delicious.

It’s not my first time visiting this location, and it won’t be my last. The vibe is always cozy and relaxing perfect for catching up, enjoying desserts, or just chatting for hours. If you go during the week, it’s less crowded and more peaceful, which makes it even better. Highly recommend for dessert lovers and anyone who appreciates a calm, beautiful tea house atmosphere.

My partner and I come to this place all the time for late night after dinner dessert. It is a lovely place with solid drinks and food. However we got there just before 11pm and the guy was already flipping the sign to close even though their hours said they were open until 12am. Last call for food was at 11pm. By 11:20, they turned the music off and was putting chairs on top of tables around us despite multiple groups still sitting in the area. We are always conscious of closing time and finished by 11:40pm. However the entire time we were there it felt very unwelcoming. And the 18% included gratuity for 2 people was just the cherry on top. They should not put a closing time of 12am if they realistically want to act like they're closed by 11:30 or sooner.

Beautiful atmosphere and very nice friendly service. Always accommodating and very pleasant. Food is tasty and presented beautifully. They have a really large selection of nice teas. Went there many times and it’s always great! Love that place

Poor hospitality and inattentive service at this location. An automatic 18% surcharge was added to the bill for a table of two with no disclosure on the menu or by staff. Food was mediocre and noticeably below the standard of their other locations. Overall, an unprofessional and disappointing experience.

As a loyal customer, who’s there from the beginning. I decided not to come here anymore because I’m guessing the lady owner has a bipolar personality which makes me feel unwelcome, even if I try talking to her nicely. Which she did not acknowledge. I have to put a smile on my face to not ruin the experience for me to dine there which is not worth it.

This place is really disappointing. The food is overpriced and not tasty at all. The pot of tea was really expensive for that amount of tea we got, no tea leaves, as pictured. The place looks cozy and aesthetic, but the restroom is dirty. The service wasn’t the best. Had to catch the waiter and ask him for napkins, which weren't offered. The tips were included, which was unexpected. There is no information about this anywhere and no one mentioned it. All the dishes we got our food and tea in were broken and cracked. I won't recommend. There is better places were you can get these types of desserts or good tea.
