Walked in for some waffles and buffalo wings. Were told to scan the menu and order from app. We ordered and the food arrived fast. We noticed the chicken cutlet on top of the waffle was very old, oily and fried multiple times, def not fresh. We didnt say anything. We got the chicken wings after wards and it was very chewy, not fresh and fried multiple times. We called the waiter and told him about the wings, he started raising his voice, saying there is nothing wrong with the food and that I should call his manager and that I should pay for the food I did not even touch(wings). This place is cute, but lacks good fresh food, lacks customer service.

Food was ok. More of a casual spot to hang out. Maybe a first date?

TIPS WARNING. If you're paying by card, calculate your own tips and use custom tips on their receipt!Assuming it's not already added, they give receipts with different tips&total calculated so that you can pick one and not have to do any math. However, they calculated the tips based on the total AFTER tax. Tips should always be calculated by the subtotal! Tax is nearly 9% and goes to the government, it has nothing to do with the restaurant. So remember, use the subtotal to calculate the tips.(Honestly, the tips should be 15% because you put the order in on your phone. All they do is bring out the food!)

One dish from the order was not brought to us. The teacup was cracked. The squid was not fried from the inside. The service staff run like horses in a racetrack, which made me uncomfortable as a guest. It is a low-class food facility.

Don’t understand how they want you to tip 18%+ when you literally order the food yourself through a QR scan. The only thing the employee did is bring us our food and check but I might as well get it myself along with my food because the employees are almost always gone or ignoring you. They didn’t even bring me water! (Absolutely ridiculous) I had to ask an employee to get it for us and in the end I walked myself to the cashier with the check because no one was near and the employee I tried to wave down four times ignored me. The food is good but not worth the service.

This has the best food ever! Like I’m serious the food is delicious, crispy, soft and sweet. I love the food but not as much as I love the atmosphere of the cafe. It has a beautiful design especially at the back it has a lot of very cute aesthetic decorations. The service quality is good and fast but sometimes it might take a few extra mins but it’s so worth it!

Food is brought out at record speed. Everything is fresh and flavorful. Small bites that are perfect to sample different flavors and textures without leaving stuffed. Southwest Santa Fe Chicken Roll with Homemade Gucamole was a bit of a letdown--there was no chicken, just beans and corn inside. Although the crunchy shell was perfectly fried, light and not greasy.Octopus Takoyaki was delicious--the squid was the flavorful and the crunchy breading easily fell apart. Matcha crepe cake is not sweet, so it perfect for those who want desert without the sugar overload. It's so delicate and light, it's a true indulgence worth the $10. Teas as delicious--there is no wrong option! Try them all. Staff are laconic and efficient. The last seating is at 10:05 pm, and they ask customers to leave at 11pm, at closing time, sharp.Pretty interior, which will provide a cozy vibe for any kind of occasion.

Milk teas teapot set is great, 4ish cups for $12 is a steal.Likely frozen but still good, their fried options for fried chicken and squid.Their desserts are banging, kinda pricey but worth.Great place to hang out and work, WiFi available.Remember to tip well if you do.
