The food tasted average but the service from the waitress with blonde hair was ugly, the manner of the waitress had a horrible attitude with a face that bothered her when I asked her anything although then a very nice black haired one arrived but the blonde is unfriendly How sad because the attitude of the employee with the customer is that it depends on the business, so it's my opinion, waitress, that is not the attitude with the customer.For me, I don't leave her anything, but my husband always left her something. I would have left nothing. The attitude changes, Mom. She's not the best to be a waitress.

I don't like this place. The food was cold, and they took forever to bring our food. They even got our orders wrong. we waited 20 minutes for the check and they never brought it. The food was also hard, and was disgusting! I don't recommend ANYONE to come here! For the sake of your own appetite, please don't eat here!

Baleadas ( which is a typical Honduran dish ) was served cold and not warmed. Worker of establishment didn't bother to warm it up. I would not recommend going there for anything.

JjI can't believe they are so hungry at this El Progresso restaraunt. I ask for a snail soup and he sends me more cassava than snail. It was only a little piece and a quarter of another. And when she called, they have the courage to tell me that if I don't like it, I should vote for her as if my money wasn't worth it. In addition to all this, the manager was very unfair and rude. The injustice is incredible. How sad that they do it to their own compatriots.

Overpriced, food not good. Got our order of pupusas wrong. Ordered 5 pupsas de revueltas, 2 de queso (apparently can only order the queso in a set of 2 and not individual). Gave us 4 de queso & 3 revueltas :/. No bueno. Took really long to get it. The place barely had people in it (literally 2 customers) yet there were a lot of people in the back kitchen so didn't understand why the food took so long only for them to mess it up. A long time ago the place use to be good but it just kept declining at some point over the years.

Wtooped here to eat dinner last night as there was a menu item that I had been craving but its very difficult to find places that make it. I went in around 6pm and they where hosting a party on one side of the restaurant, I believe it would have been better to close the whole restaurant for the event since regular customers were given a small side of the otherwise small restaurant. Though we were served as quickly as possible it was still crowded with party guests. The waitress came over and took our drink and food orders. I had asked for an Horchata and an order of Pollo Frito con Tajadas (fried chicken over a bed of plantain chips and shredded cabbage). The drinks came out quickly but the food took between 25-30 minutes to come out. Even then it came out in portions snd not all at once for my group of three. My food also came out a little different than what was shown on the menu with all the sauces on the side but instead it came with it already all over the food. Normally I don't enjoy the red sauce as much and would have preferred it not on the dish. My groups other meals took more time to come out and they had some issues with what they had ordered. I believe ir was because of the party that they were all distracted. Overall I will have to come try again 4/5

Service was horrible and the crazy part is that I'm Spanish to from Honduras a black Honduran man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I spent $139 dollars because I'm greedy plus I tried to take some food back to my love ones and the food wasn't even that good ? I will never go back there and I hope people see this comment bad service from one person and she can ruin it for everyone else........ NO BUENO
