I always order the pizzas and they are great. This time I decided to try something new so I ordered the meatballs and the rice ball parmigiana. The rice balls were decent not bad but nothing amazing. The sauce had a little sour taste to it which I was surprised considering their pizzas are really good. The meatballs were bland. They didnāt have any seasoning. They tasted like a ball of plain ground beef. I know not a lot of people donāt do the equal parts beef, pork , and veal, but they could have at least season the meatballs to make them have some flavor. I would order the pizzas still but I wouldnāt order anything else. This was food delivery. I didnāt eat in person.

I love your pizzas. I like that you can a personal anything. Please consider making this pizza. I had this at a different pizza place and it closed down unfortunately. It was a chipotle chicken pizza. Chipotle tomato sauce but creamy. Put roasted corn, mozzarella and chicken or u can do bavon... put red onion scallion and bake and then top with cola tro and green scallion. Please add this to the menu

Absolutely terrible experience,I was charged almost 20 for chicken Alfredo and received a bowl of dry bland fettuccine noodles with no chicken ,when I called the store to see Watsup the insisted I only ordered the pasta which makes no sense if the dish is liable as chicken Alfredo,definitely will never be ordering from here again and I advise everyone who see this place as a possible place to eat to stand clear I wouldnāt wish service like this on my worst enemy

Food is honestly great but itās insane to me this the only pizza place in NY that doesnāt sell pizzas by the slice for delivery. The staff insist they do but they really donāt, if they update to actually do then I will give this 5 stars.

If you want a quality slice this is a great spot. The regular you can really taste the seasoning. I would not get the vodka slice as it wasnāt flavorful. The bread on the vodka was thick and fluffy very good.
All in all if I came again Iād get 3 regular and be a very happy camper

I Went To Pronto Pizza On 2/11/25 @ 11:45 For Mid Day Lunch I Ordered A Buffalo Chicken Pizza I Was Excited I ran to the store across the street for a beverage came back pizza was bagged I drove off took a couple of bites to realize a couple of long hair string was stemming from the dough I took it back and took pictures the employee or manager offered me another pizza atp I lost my appetite I canāt eat another pizza from here so I was leaving he caught a attitude cause I wouldnāt accept another pizza he offers me my money back I denied it he caught a attitude to the point now I want my money back because ya attitude is nasty for a mistake u claims often happen which is not sanitary I donāt recommend no one to eat from here unless u like someoneās hair in ya pizza cooked in the dough I think they actually need a health inspection and a change in employee I will never spend another dollar at any pronto pizza customers are always right & shouldnāt get nasty with them especially if it in sanitary error on ya end thatās gross

I like this place an get delivery alll the time , I tried to order the same thing I order a few weeks an it was 10.90 an they delivered it, just call an was told itās 15$ minimum.Ive gotten the same order under 15 delivered to my house countless times.youāre losing money an taking money away from your delivery drivers as well.I understand if a pizzeria has a minimum delivery cost, but that seem to pick and choose when to enforce it , maybe it depends who answers the phoneā¦. I appreciate you responding to my review , you guys make great food , I just wish I could get a chicken bacon ranch slice an penne slice delivered cause they are delicious.
