I came here to buy a pizza, but the service was very disappointing. One of the ladies working there showed attitude and was rude to me just because I didn’t understand something another worker said. Instead of helping politely, she repeated it with an unpleasant tone and acted like I was bothering her. I didn’t appreciate that kind of treatment. Customer service should be respectful to everyone.

I always order the pizzas and they are great. This time I decided to try something new so I ordered the meatballs and the rice ball parmigiana. The rice balls were decent not bad but nothing amazing. The sauce had a little sour taste to it which I was surprised considering their pizzas are really good. The meatballs were bland. They didn’t have any seasoning. They tasted like a ball of plain ground beef. I know not a lot of people don’t do the equal parts beef, pork , and veal, but they could have at least season the meatballs to make them have some flavor. I would order the pizzas still but I wouldn’t order anything else. This was food delivery. I didn’t eat in person.

I love your pizzas. I like that you can a personal anything. Please consider making this pizza. I had this at a different pizza place and it closed down unfortunately. It was a chipotle chicken pizza. Chipotle tomato sauce but creamy. Put roasted corn, mozzarella and chicken or u can do bavon... put red onion scallion and bake and then top with cola tro and green scallion. Please add this to the menu

Absolutely terrible experience,I was charged almost 20 for chicken Alfredo and received a bowl of dry bland fettuccine noodles with no chicken ,when I called the store to see Watsup the insisted I only ordered the pasta which makes no sense if the dish is liable as chicken Alfredo,definitely will never be ordering from here again and I advise everyone who see this place as a possible place to eat to stand clear I wouldn’t wish service like this on my worst enemy

Food is honestly great but it’s insane to me this the only pizza place in NY that doesn’t sell pizzas by the slice for delivery. The staff insist they do but they really don’t, if they update to actually do then I will give this 5 stars.
