Such a gem in Greenpoint! Pueblo Querido has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The team was incredibly friendly, and the vibe strikes just the right balance of lively and laid-back. I tried the cheese and chicken empanada with their special sauce, and it was SO amazing! Also had an iced oat latte that was spot-on. Very happy I stumbled upon this spot! Will definitely be visiting again and trying out the different empanada types.

Good coffee spot. Pastries and empanadas were tasty. Coffee was also very good and fairly priced. Give them a chance!

To be honest, I was already caffeinated & had breakfast as well, but I just wanted to use the restroom ahead of a walking tour of Greenpoint. I don't mind purchasing something small as a courtesy, as long as it's something interesting &/or novel, such as this Lulo juice drink, which tastes like the best parts of guava & pear combined.

Um heck yes! On my cafe run tour and I found this shop through a co worker after trying to find a cafe on apple maps. This shop didnt come up when I searched cafes near me but I am so glad I was able to bear about it. The vibes were great, and the empanadas and pan de bono is always a must at a Columbian spot.

Who is missing my homeland so I look for the opportunity to indulge in some culture. This place truly lives up to an authentic Colombian bakery.

I adore this place - the staff is absolutely lovely (especially Santiago), the coffee is delicious and strong, and the food is impeccable and affordable (a rarity these days)! I’m so grateful to live right by so that I can enjoy the delightful atmosphere, service, and food/bev on the regular :).

We ordered CAPPUCCINOS. The first red flag should’ve been when we were asked “small medium or large”. A “cappuccino” by definition is always small, with a defined proportion of milk to foam to coffee. That is what makes it a CAPPUCCINO. I realize Starbucks feels otherwise but Pueblo Querido is meant to be a specialized “coffee shop” so they should know better. Anyway, we said “small”. The barista presented us with two 12-ounce lattes — full cups of milk, barely any foam. We asked whether these were indeed small, having seen the smaller size cups on the bar. We were informed that the smaller cups were for cortados only. So we said, could you please remake - or give us cortados, as what you’ve served us are actually lattes? At that point, both the barista and cashier became very rude and said that those were cappuccinos and that’s that. We left them on the counter, made peace with our wasted $11, and will never go back.
