First, the photos of the place are dated and do not reflect its transformation into a true art space over the years. Second, ignore one star comments. This place set its boundaries and demands respect for a reason. After 6-9 ceremony cups of uninterrupted puerh bliss you’ll get it.
Immaculately curated space with high quality teas at all price points. Well worth a visit if seeking a respite from the bustle of NYC or if interested in gong fu steeping. This venue stands out as a singular gem in a city that expects rarefied offerings as commonplace.
Wonderful experience. Learned a lot about tea and really recommend this experience if you want a meditative and calm experience. I asked to take a photo of the tea offering space. Overall very respectful experience if you come in with respect.
