Delicious Jamaican patties! I had a spicy and it was perfectly flavorful, not too hot, just enough spice. The co-owners were also present when I visited for the first time and they were very courteous, as were the ladies who worked behind the counter. I will visit again and support this Black-owned business! đŻđČ

I wanted to visit Puffs when I saw it on Davidâs YouTube channel. When me and my family got there, the young Lady didnât greet us, barely responded to us. Once the order was placed, my sister noticed the young lady using crumbled used dirty gloves from the counter. My sister asked if they were low on gloves, and a man came over and asked whatâs the problem. We told him about the gloves and he said âdid we see the glove touch the foodâ? Actually while he was still arguing, the girl was handling another customer patty with the same dirty gloves. He kept arguing saying that we wouldnât do this to white people, and we donât support our own black business. All because we brought it to his attention of reusing dirty gloves! Mr wrong n strong was very combative and asked the girl what my sister ordered so he can refund her. As a business person he should have used this as a learning opportunity for both of them! You have to be mindful when it comes to cleanliness and serving the public. He even went as far to say it was my 2nd time there - trying to validate his point and using me as a repeat customer. This was my first there. After waiting 20 plus minutes, and spending $55-the food was barely warm. The calaloo patty was really dry (seems to be spinach from a can) the pizza patty, and oxtail patty was disappointing as well. We end up throwing out the food. I didnât come all the way to New York to get sick. I will definitely not be visiting this place again or recommend it to anyone!!! That grade would be F!!

The best spicy beef patty and patty remix (mine had beef and cheese) â and Iâve tried many places to find a flaky patty with tender and well seasoned meat. This place is perfect for that!

Had high hopes for this place and was on my âwant to tryâ list for over a year.
Had the spicy beef and curry chicken patty and the flavor was almost non-existent(Frozen patties have more flavor) . Curry patty had a little bit of flavor but could have been way better. Spicy beef patty had absolutely no flavor whatsoever, only tasted dough. Extremely disappointed because I thought they would be 10/10⊠Only thing I appreciate is that the patties were still hot even with it being delivered!

I go here about 3 times a month and enjoy all of their vegetarian options. They have this new young girl behind the counter and she was completely rude. She had the music blasting in there and spoke really low ( with a mask on) she kept asking me to repeat myself but if she would just lower the music she would have heard me. Her at attitude was very bland and looked like she hated being there . The rest of the staff is a delight . I wouldnât be going there when the young lady is there cause her energy just made me dislike my food but to each its own !

Honestly this was the most bland patty Iâve ever had in my life. Iâm surprised that this even Jamaican owned.
I also canât believe that I feel like golden crust has a more flavorful patty and Iâm not even a fan of golden crust.

The place was very clean and the customer service was great. They were even patient as I was not ready to order. My fiancé got the oxtail overload pattie, and I got the Jerk chicken overload pattie. The patties were GREAT!! Absolutely delicious. 5 stars. I would definitely come back. I would say it is a bit pricey, but I thought it was worth it. The overloaded patties will have you full for hours. The place is very small, if you are a group of more than 2 you can't eat them in there. The place can only hold about 4- 5 people in there max. I highly recommend giving them a try.
