Those are my favorite. We had lot of family programs held in punjab. They have a nice hall for any kind of party. They provide food for party or you can buy from another place and serve. They also have that option available. We went there so many times. Always love eating there.
Not recommended. Zero service and the worker and owner were gossiping instead of making order and serving customers. Didn’t even serve tap water.

It is the best restaurant on Coney Island Avenue. We had a great party here last week.
Food was fresh and very testy. But they had few empty barrels next to entrance. Which was making place look horrible. Small things can improve the looks . The tea was very average and might has been cooked hours ago.

If you want to be on a budget go there else book a place in Long Island or New Jersey! No Pakistani Restaurants deserve your hard earned HALAL $ to be spent on HALAL Food to be bought at these places. Thanks for reading. I ended up & came back home; yet made myself my own home made DINNER to eat. Thank you PUNJAB! You treated us as Punjab has treated Pakistan since the Birth! They has taken over $79 Trillion Dollars to Swiss Bank. Now that is another topic and I'll not point it on you since this review will be a bias review, and I don't want the readers to make the wrong decision. Let just say; I'll stop it right here. Negative reviews re punjab in coney island Ave are very true.I was contemplating going to this restaurant for sometime. Today was the day I decided to go & it turned out a big disappointment. The open time shows on internet 10 am. I was their today @10:30 n the place looked very dark frm outside but I opened the door n walked in. Half area was dark n half had very little light. There were 2 men only looked that they work there. The man who was sitting was the rudest man I encountered. Looks he has zero experience in customer service. Looks like he was very unhappy to see a customer. I tried to say hello n no response. Then I had to ask are you closed right now? Wudnt look me in the eye n just say No. my response are you open or close. He said close. Then I asked on ur business listing it says 10am is open time. He said later. I asked what time? In a mean tone he again shows later. If he wanted the customer to come back his response should have been ‘Sorry for inconvenience but kindly come back. We are running late tdy’I just walked out but decided not to ever go back as nyc has so many restaurants there is no need to go to a unwelcoming place. I read on their listings some reviews people wrotewere all about customers service n wrote that the staff at this location is very nasty?So I never tried the food but I am glad I didn’t give them zero business. If they continue to be mean to their customers their income will be slashed. Maybe that’s what deserve. I will never put foot in that place. Then I went to Lahore Chilli 5 minutes walk from there.It was amazing experience. Very welcoming. From the owner to the staff. There is a woman working there her name is Miss Farha. She’s awesome she is welcoming n engaging, friendly n she makes sure you enjoy ur food. Authentic,Fresh food n so Tasty. Best experience all around.My evaluation goes like this:-Punjab zero starsLahore chilly - Five stars = PerfectionPunjab failed big times- Never coming backEven if they offer free food☹️
