Place should state that they no longer allow customers in 10 mins before close time, which indicated on Google listing was 9pm, and I rushed over and got here by 8:50. Not like was going to order a ton of things… anyway was pretty disappointed was not served 😔

Ordered a pick up at this store and was it seemingly purposefully not made to accommodate in store orders, with no communication and no acknowledgement of the order. I’m not sure what point the employee here was trying to make but he knew I was trying to pick up and leave with 2 young kids - I had to cancel after waiting for 10 minutes

This has been my go to place for years. I have loved their smoothies but today I had an awful experience that needs mentioning. I received unnecessary attitude by the male staff and they were unwilling to help. I experienced aggressive demeanor and vicious eye contact and to top it off the product I received inedible. Both me and my friend found lumps and chunks of what we can only describe as a blended avocado pit and peel. Given the mistreatment we received it is hard to believe it wasn’t intentional. We have ordered at this place most days and have never had a problem in the past. We decided going back in for a refund or a replacement wasn’t worth dealing the initial experience we’d already gone through.

I got 2 açaí bowls. Pickup said 16-27min I got there in 15 min and still waited a few. Opened it up 5 min after and it was watery smoothie like consistency not like the usual thick açaí base. Had to drink it with a straw. When I called the store to ask about it the lady just said idk idk. Was pointless talking with her. The flavor was good just horrible consistency and it was $30 couldn’t throw it out. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

ACAI SOUPS!!
This was my first time ordering delivery from this place. The initial estimated delivery time was 60- 75 minutes, which was already quite surprising, since this place is 20 minutes walking from my apartment. But it was boiling hot and my son and I were craving acai bowls, so I went for it.

IT TOOK 90 MINUTES FOR THE BOWLS TO ARRIVE.

Since everything in the menu is meant to be served chilled or semi-frozen, I assumed (wrongly) that they would have a way of keeping them in good condition, considering it would take at least one hour to be delivered. I was totally wrong, and the bowls were lukewarm soup with some toppings. Ridiculous. First and last time ordering here.
