The service was great. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. You have to order at the register and pick up your food there, when it's ready. Then sit down at one of the many tables to eat. I also went to the rest room and it was clean. I was the only black person, but treated the same as anyone else. I ordered the polish platter (mashed potatoes, sausage, 4 chicken stuffed dumplings, stuffed cabbage with rice and ground meat with sauce on top, 2 potato latkes and the cabbage...
This restaurant has figured out the formula that eludes others. The workers showed authentic kindness throughout our meal. Their cooking brings good flavors. The dishes here taste fantastic. Could make this my weekly food ritual!
Truly Polish dining experience in New York. The portions are massive, and the food is really good. The pierogi aren’t the best, but everything else makes up for it. I regularly visit this place whenever I’m in NYC.
