This restaurant stays busy, but the food quality doesn’t live up to the hype. More importantly, their customer service is poor—staff are unhelpful and inattentive. Needs major improvement.

Radhuni used to be a favorite for authentic Bengali cuisine. The food was consistently delicious. Unfortunately, the quality has declined over time. While their sweets, especially the curd, are still a highlight, the overall dining experience is inconsistent.

delicious food and reasonable prices however staff need to understand that all customers matter not just those who speak their language, not okay to bypass someone who is obviously next in line because someone behind orders in your language.also patrons who have already received their order will remain standing in front drinking coffee and chatting and preventing others from placing an order, will not move and management/staff does not say anything, at least during my visits...
