Over hyped, overly flaky.

TLDR: Most items are not worth the wait and just hyped. Judged the food by the amount of time I'd wait. Details below.

The wait:
Came on a Saturday at 11am and the line was at the corner. Waited 45 minutes from that corner, so if it wraps around the corner, expect to wait 1hr+.

The food:
Blueberry & Lime Croissant was good and worth a 5 minute wait. Flakey, buttery, and fresh blueberries.

Cardamom Bun was nothing special, not worth the wait.

Tuna sandwich was nothing special, not worth the wait. Needs hot sauce. Bread was extremely chewy.

Turkey sandwich was nothing special, not worth the wait. Too much sauce made it messy and overpowered all the other ingredients.

Tomato feta sandwich was the best thing we had. Worth a 20 minute wait. Tomatoes and cheese were fresh and bread was the perfect chew.

Tomato garlic focaccia was good. Worth a 10 minute wait.

Garlic knot was good but needs some marinara sauce. Worth a 5 minute wait.

Overall, I wouldn't come back unless if it's on a weekday.

Delicious! Crispy breads, quality flavorful ingredients. I was just disappointed today, because I was given the wrong item. The vegan options are also limited, only two food items that aren't plan bread. But I would still recommend it.

Some of the best baked goods I have ever had. The Foccacia Sandwich with Salmon was delicious and the Earl Grey Tea Bun

Got here this (Wednesday) morning just after 8am and just before the line was long enough to have to wait outside! I spent about $70 because there's just too many good options to choose from, but I'm not complaining. Every single item is delicious and well worth the money. I'd say bring a friend, but don't be surprised when neither of you wants to share certain items! Super lovely and friendly staff. Quick service and great coffee as well! The iced mocha is everything.

Fav items from this visit were the smoked salmon focaccia and the Cinnamon roll! I didn't expect much from the roll but my goodness, best ever. Haven't tried my chocolate croissant yet but it's super crispy and smells amazing.

A bit of a wait, but a fantastic selection of pastries, breads, and sandwiches. The bacon egg and cheese focaccia bread is really good, and the garlic knots croissant had me in a chokehold. I haven’t had a bad item yet.

It’s a no brainer that the food here is top tier, but you might be surprised to learn that the service provided is also outstanding! Lines out the door move quickly and effortlessly. Staff makes the busy environment feel bustling and happy. Love Radio Bakery so much!

My daughter has been getting the burrata and prosciutto sandwich a couple of times per week this summer (we live around the corner) and recently things have changed for the worse with their prosciutto, and today it was cut so thick it was impossible to chew. For what they charge, this is inexcusable. If you’re eating there, probably worth the risk because you could just exchange it, but if taking to go, I’d consider something else.

I finally visited Radio Bakery after watching two documentaries about them back-to-back. When a new food spot is hyped up, it often doesn’t live up to expectations—but Radio Bakery truly delivered. The long line was daunting (I usually don’t wait in line for food), but I’m so glad I did because it was absolutely worth it.

I tried the tomato focaccia, sausage and chive focaccia, pistachio croissant & chocolate croissant, each one was incredible. It felt like a little slice of food paradise. I’ll definitely be stopping by again before leaving NYC!

Couldn’t believe my luck when I found out about the opening of the PH location. Went this Sunday morning and got in line at 7 am. Was one of the first people in. When I left at 7:45, the line was around the block and easily an hour long. What can I even say? The pastries are some of the best I’ve ever had. Highlights: the smoked salmon focaccia was one of the best food items that I’ve had in New York City. 10/10. The matcha mango bun was sensational: amazing matcha flavor and a hint of sweet tart mango inside. 10/10. The triple chocolate croissant was delicious, as was the rhubarb croissant. Both 8/10. Radio staff: please keep using organic flour and French butter, we’ll pay the price! The quality shines through. Easily one of the best bakeries in New York City.

This is a serious bakery. They have incredible focaccia and croissants, and it’s well worth the wait in line. A true NYC gem!

The best bakery with an extremely long wait. Worth it but they can run out of pastries! However the sandwich is also a great item to get as well. The focaccia bread on the sandwich was perfect and the chocolate croissant was tasty. There are some small tables in the front.

Would try again.
