Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This was the best Raising Cane's I had ever been to. I don't know how they have back their cooking but they can cook!! The service was also quick and attentive. Someone came to our table to check up on us, that to me is unheard of at a fast food place and I adored it!

I usually go to this Raising Cane’s location, but during my last visit, I had a really uncomfortable experience. There was an employee I hadn’t seen before (an Asian man) who seemed to have an attitude from the start. He kept glaring at me and was speaking to me in a raised, aggressive tone — it felt unnecessary and unprofessional. When he asked for my name, I asked for his as well because the interaction felt off. I left because I was not going to eat there after that.
The overall customer service was terrible. When I tried to call the restaurant to calmly explain what happened, the manager hung up on me mid-conversation. That was extremely disappointing. I really hope management takes steps to address this, because I won’t be returning until this location gets it together.

I’m super annoyed after my visit to the Fulton street location. I was ordering to go and the food came on time, the host was friendly, the operation was moving.

Here comes ARI! He absolutely stole the show literally! In a NEGATIVE way!
He hit me with the trashcan coming out of the store. He was walking through the front of house not announcing he was coming through,

HORRIBLE attitude! Not nice whatsoever

Not only did he hit me once? He came back a second time and hit me with it! I asked him to watch where he was going? He told me “YOUR IN THE WAY!”

Absolutely not!! He needs coaching and training to improve these behaviors! I’m disgusted after my experience
