Ramen is really good. Noodles are nice & chewy, broth is Delicious.

Vegetarian options: They have an entire vegan menu that mirrors the regular menu.

This is our first time coming to Brooklyn branch, so we expect the same taste as the one in west village. The taste was different, the broth is not as rich, the noodle is a bit too firm even though we order the same level of firmness.

Let’s start with the good: Portions were great, especially for the price point. You have the option to get a whopping SIX slices in your bowl. I’ve paid the same in other ramen places and gotten a measly single piece. If you’re not feeling that hungry, you can pay less for two pieces - which is still generous. Along with that, the pan-fried dumplings were a nice snack on the side providing a blend of chewy and crispy bites to enjoy. Unfortunately, the service was a bit disappointing - they would come over quickly to see if we were ready to order, and then hurry off and disappear for a while. It didn’t feel like there were very many opportunities to ask questions. On top of that, they neglected to come around afterwards to check on us or refill our waters. I know the place gets extremely crowded, but we weren’t there for too long anyways. All in all, come for the quick bite of good value, but don’t expect to get too comfortable here.

A reliable and standard bowl of ramen at a good price. Got their classic and it didn't disappoint or impress me.

Danbo Ramen of Park Slope was a great experience. Most important, the ramen was delicious and the mochi was satisfying.

It is a small place with limited seating, but the wooden bench in the corner was fine. Additionally, there was nice music playing throughout my time in the restaurant.
Would come again for ramen.

I will say they tried to make it right, but comping my dish but it was already too late. The lady who was hosting was very rude, and short mannered toward my husband when he notified the front that a patron had cut two parties. Then when we got notified our table was ready, she wouldn’t look at me and just waved me off “you can sit”

Then she took 15+ mins to even acknowledge us, and it started verbatim “what can I get you” with a straight face. I’ve never felt like I’ve bothered a restaurant so much. I was looking at her like “this is about to be a terrible experience” and she made a face at my husband.

Then my order was given to another table, by the same girl. 45 mins later and I didn’t even get my hot tea I ordered (I ran a 5k outside in February and could use it)

They gave my husband his food 15 mins before realizing they messed up. And he had to get his food microwaved because he waited for me. When I got my order, they forgot a topping. And I had to get up from my table to get someone bc they never checked on us. Also, we never saw our waitress again.

The food was really good, and I won’t judge anyone from ordering from there. But there’s other amazing ramen places where you’re treated like a guest if you’re gonna spend $60+.

Thank you for comping my food but it was just a bad time.

Used to always stop here for lunch when I was working in Park Slope. I love the Tonkotsu here; they serve it with a very flavorful broth, and the fact that we can customize our bowls (like Ichiran style) is the best part because I prefer ramen with Al dente noodles (shiko shiko). Plus, I like my ramen a little spicy. The vibe was chill during dinner, yet cozy, and we were seated right away at 7 p.m. on Sunday, and that was impressive because they are always busy on the weekend. The service is good enough for a busy spot.

Amazing food. Service is lowkey mid they were igmeowing me and refilled someone elses water cup but not mine. Very hard to get an employees attention bc they are running around all too busy.

My favorite ramen spot in the city. I always have the classic ramen which is great.
The have a good vegetarian miso ramen as well. Make sure to be added to the line online at least 20 mins before you arrive so that you don’t have to wait for a table.
