Looks good but tastes awful! This doesn’t even taste like chicken. It’s stale, dry with no taste. I’ve purchased from this restaurant many times now to decide that I will NEVER be back. There’s always something wrong with the food. The only thing I like there is the Mac salad and that’s why they get a one star.. Not to mention how pricey they are. And trust me, I will spend a lot of money on food, but for it to not taste good? Thats frustrating They definitely need new chefs.

This is a hidden gem in Flatbush. I got the chicken foot soup, a beef patty, and a festival. The service was quick and the food was amazing. The soup was really good. All the vegetables were tender, the chicken fell right off the bone and it was perfectly seasoned.

I received two Roti’s filled with bones and bones and more bones you know how disappointing that is the stewed chicken was stewed to death just dry absolutely terrible ! DONT DO IT save your money

This food is good fresh one of my favorite spots to get jerk, chicken, barbecue peas, and rice cabbage it’s official they take card and cash, but always have cash is very wise to do!
This is suppose to be a large curry goat. They could've just said they ran out instead of giving me scraps. Then it's mostly bones. The only reason I gave two stars is because I actually enjoy their food but this has happened on more than one occasion. This time me & my mom ordered a large to share it but how are two people going to share this??? $27 for this?
Update: I spoke with the manager & he was pleasant as well as the other employee. They seemed sincere & open to accommodating me after this mayhem. So I bumped them up to 4 stars because I can appreciate good customer service.

I wish I had read the reviews bought shrimps they were horrible fried over HARD as you don't know I have never in my life ate shrimps like this HORRIBLE double dip all.thst dam flour taste like it been out all night. The reviews are right I will never eat from them again! You try to support black businesses and this is how You're treated spoiled food!! And bad attitude! NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN!! I would advise people to not eat here. Please read the bad reviews here before attempting to go in this place. The reviews are true. The rep at the place finese me by charging me for a large box when I said medium. Also, they told me that a chicken wouldn't be charged, even though she was pressuring me to get it, and finally I noticed a small hair in my food. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE COMING BACK HERE. There are better places out there. Trust me. ???

I use to live in Flatbush, and after moving to Bedstuy, up Nostrand, I would still make the trip down to the church and Nostrand intersection to hunt for some jerk chicken. I use to go to another place near by here, but after trying everything for by, I've chosen this one and it's been my go to for over a year now. I make the round trip from my apartment to here and back almost religiously once a week, and it takes roughly 2 hrs.
The large meals are the biggest bang for your buck, and the quality is pretty good. Most people can't finish a large meal in one sitting, and not even 2. I usually finish mine in roughly 4 sittings because I'm not the type to overstuff my face?. But yes, I feel full after every sitting.
And if jerk chicken isn't your thing, there are plenty of other options like oxtail, curry goat, fried chicken, fish, etc. Meals come with a vege side, and I always get the macaroni salad bc it's creamy divine. The shop also has all the other sides that are a must have at a Caribbean spot(e.g. Mac and cheese, patties, festival, drinks popular in the Caribbean) and what may not usually be in stock(I.e. rum, carrot, and fruitcake).
Lastly, the staff has almost always been pleasant and even h jokes with me. In all my time of going there for food, I've only had negative interactions with one person, but I'm pretty sure they've been removed. Haven't seen them for months now.
So yah. I'd recommend this place. Obviously.

Wheelchair accessibility: There aren't any stairs. Biggest struggle is getting past the double doors, but they open up to provide enough room to wheelchair in.
