This by far the only restaurant worth trying in jersey! Service could have been better but hey this is jersey might be the best I could have gotten.

Bryant park redhook lobster was nt good little bit of lobster for 29 bucks cone was hard i ask for extra butter got charged for it but didn't get any at all this place gets a thumbs down I've had plenty of lobster rolls for 30 bucks but felt cheated on this one cone or not a big rip off

This review is for the Red Hook Lobster Pound that was in the Winter Festival in Bryant Park. As a representation of the restaurant, I believe the Lobster Cone was below subpar. Paid $30 each for this, and Iâve had better in California for cheaper and as a bigger portion. When going to Bryant Park, Iâd recommend straying from this item on their menu, as itâs not worth the price. But, even if I was to go back, I wouldnât want to even try another item on their menu. So if you see the line wrapping around, donât even bother. One worker had to reform the line, creating disorganization and then said, âdonât worry, itâs worth the wait.â That statement was false, it wasnât worth the wait. I shouldâve followed a couple who had gotten off the line due to how long it was. I wouldâve saved myself from disappointment. Iâm glad I didnât double up, as the worker stated you can add more, just donât. The lobster was very bland, and wasnât buttery at all, as emphasized, and the cone was tough to eat, instead of a softer texture, ended up tossing both cones after eating the bland lobster. If this stand is an extension and like I said before a representation of your restaurant, this stand needs to be better, the portion size needs to be better and the organization of the stand as well.

it saddens me to report on our subpar lunch. my dining friend & i both got the maine lobster roll for lunch. it arrived quickly enough but the lobster was not the usual meaty, flavorful, soft texture but was rubbery & tasteless. the roll was soppy wet on the inside. the fries were cold & hard like itâs been sitting out & not fresh out of the fryer. on top of all that, they charge one of the highest prices for lobster rolls. it would have been worth it if we had a satisfying meal. the last insult is my watery arnold palmer. there are too many other options so i will not be going back anytime soonâŠ

So delicious đ€€ had the fried lobster roll with fried calamari! So fresh and good. Staff were amazing!!
Service was outstanding. OystersđŠȘ were fresh, some of the best I've had in the world. Lobster tail đŠ was dry and difficult to eat. The sauce was tasty but the meat was mediocre. Draft selection was great. Will be back for the friendly service.

This place was exceptional. Our server was so fun and nice and treated us very well. I forgot his name but he wears glasses and has dark hair. The food (as always) was delicious
Awesome place if you dont like cold lobster roll. The hot lobster roll i ordered was amazing. The bread toasted with a lot of butter. Try the biggest one! you will not be dissapointed. They also have cold i just dont like it lol. Also tried theyre lobster bisque. It was ok 7/10 i liked it. Also the oysters were good 8/10. Hot lobster roll 9/10.

Today I moved a table 10 inches and got said âyou canât do that, when I come to your place I donât move furniture right?â This felt extremely rude and inappropriate, I encourage managers to educate better their staff. Hospitality needs work. Wonât be back for a while.
