They're so lucky the minimum stars you can give is 1, if I could I would give this place a 0 star. Tell me how I called for a reservation and when I checked in they said I still had to wait, THE RESERVATION IS TO RESERVE A SPOT FOR YOU TO WAIT SO THERES TWO SEPARATE LINES. Do you know how mind boggling this is, it's even more frustrating when I see MULTIPLE empty tables and long list of customers. DO BETTER RED LOBSTERS(edit: NO, you wont get the chance with that automated response, everytime i've even attempted to make a reservation (biggest mistake of my life, a waste of time) the line doesn't even work and I can never get into contact with an employee. It's like you have the number there just to have it there to make it look official but it don't even work. Whats even more funny is when I go in person and I see the staff not even answering the calls, so whats the point?

Went here for dinner with my husband on a weeknight.The server was nice, and the food was good. I ordered a lobster tail with mash and veggies (yum).The place felt sad, which is why I gave it a 3. There were a lot of customers in the store, but you couldn't even tell. When I walked in, the host went to sit a party at their table, and the place seemed so dead, I thought of walking back out. But I really wanted that lobster tail, so I stayed. The bathroom could use some attention as well.

So rude and so disrespectful, they tried to deny my service animal after she been then more then that current manager , work on communication and non immigrant employees, and learn rules for disabled customers

It has been many years since I been to Red Lobster. My last experience was not good the food and service was poor. I have a new outlook on Red Lobster Gateway the food, service and Atmosphere was great and I Will be back. Please keep up the good work.

Over crowd, long waited 45mins. The table wasn't clean. But our female waiter was friendly, made sure we had everything we had ordered, and when the extra miles of service us.

We were seated pretty fast, especially because it was busy. The food came out in a reasonable time, and very tasty this. Drinks were really good, not watered down.Kid-friendliness: The waitress was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. Very attentive.

Arrived at approximately 11:45 AM on Thursday, April 4. The person who waited on us was about 6 feet tall, slim, and hada beard and mustache. He also spent time behind the bar. This server was not professional. At one point, he said he was going to get us refills for our drinks, but then he came back with refills for everyone at my table, except me. When we ordered our entrees, he was friendly to the others at our table, but his tone was cold and hostile toward me. He brought me a lukewarm Chicken Linguine Alfredo with stiff pasta. When asking if everything was good with our meals, he addressed the others at our table, but he never made eye contact with me- in fact, he never again addressed me or made eye contact after he initially took my order. This server was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I don’t need to be liked, but if I’m going to spend money at a business establishment, I expect to be treated with respect.
