Food is amazing. They go there w the mala and I love it. 10/10 recommend if you are about that life. Service is fantastic also.
I ordered chili woodears (amazing), the mouth numbing chili chicken, snow peas, golden eggplant and topped it off w the VEGAN black sesame. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. (well the black sesame ice cream could have been MORE black sesame but few people nail this so it's okay still good)

I’m so happy I found Ren! I’m from Sichuan and this Chinese food is so delicious and authentic, which also means they add the right amount of spice! I love this place so much - I come once a week for lunch or dinner

This place is a bit too young for this 70 year old lol. But the food is great and the price is right.

I enjoyed my time at REN. The service was excellent and they were extremely polite, kind, and quick.
For a group of 4 we ordered a pot of tea (which they refill with hot water throughout) 4 entrees, 3 small plates, and 2 bowls of rice.
Loved the crispy fish, Chungking chicken, and the eggplant was incredible.
I wasn’t sure how this would hold up against other Szechuan restaurants in NYC but it definitely brings the flavor, elegance, and price point that is worth it for me!

This place is amazing! The food is so delicious. My mother is from Szechuan and this really tastes like an elevated version of her cooking. Atmosphere and vibes 10/10 too

We ordered takeout for $100 and did not enjoy the food. Too much sugar, too much oil. Very disappointing.

Food excellent, service excellent…repeat customer who will be back very soon. Cocktails and mocktails very tasty - fried squid was both hot and spicy and delicious, as was the eggplant, beef rolls and dandan noodles to top off a highly satisfying meal - thank you!!!

The food is delicious - highly recommend the spicy fish filet and green beans. The space is small and cute. I do wish they had a few more dessert options!!

Glad this is in Williamsburg! I like the mapo tofu, although I would prefer it to be more spicy. The pickled cucumbers are also good.
