I recently dined at fRepublic Latin Fusion for Valentines Day and, while the food was decent, it didn't quite live up to expectations. The flavors were good but lacked the depth I was hoping for from a fusion menu. The service also left much to be desired—our waiter seemed overworked as he was responsible for too many tables, and our drinks took longer than expected to arrive. To top it off, our reservation wasn't respected, and we were made to wait longer than anticipated despite arriving on time. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but there's definitely room for improvement in both service and attention to detail.

Food was good, service was chaotic yesterday with valentines, we received all the food at the same time( appetizers and main course) then they forgot our dessert. I will it a shot another day. Desserts were great!

The ambience was incredible! The food was horrible $28 for a hamburger and the fries were actually frozen and not fresh! The bread was dry, and the burger was horrible! Also, for there being hardly any people in the restaurant the service sucked!

The place was okay but way overpriced. Charging five-star prices for three-star food is wild. My date and I talked while we ate, so we took our time. The waiter kept asking if we were done with our food. Meanwhile, the place was dead empty, with no one waiting for a table. So, I am not sure why he was rushing us. The kitchen closed at 10:00 p.m., and we ate at 9:00 p.m. Even though the place stays open late, I am still not sure why we were being rushed. Another thing is they add an automatic twenty percent tip to your bill.

Llegamos al restaurante y nuestra mesa la cual se reservó con una semana de anticipación, no estaba lista y era una fecha especial, se demoraron 15 minutos en entregarnos ésta; por otra parte la comida se demoró demasiado en llegar a la mesa, al punto de que la comida llegó tan fría que nos tocó solicitar que se calentara de nuevo, adicional, El ribeye tenia mucha grasa, el término al que se pidió no fue el entregado, las papas que pedimos nunca llegaron y nos estaban cobrando las mismas, la cocina estaba muy retrasada, es necesario aumentar el personal para evitar todo este tipo de inconvenientes. Finalmente el ambiente agradable y el Dj genial.

It was a fantastic experience. They made my 30th birthday unforgettable. I loved their customer service, the live DJ for brunch, and the aesthetic of the place. It was an overall great time and vibe.

Everything was amazing. I had no expectations coming but they definitely left a great impact. Tacos were the perfect size and all of them were flavorful. Margaritas were good but very sweet. Service was on point.
I had not visited a place with the slowest barteneders in the world it seems that they do not want to work especially the Colombian lady with yellow hair attends without desire and the DJs another case in one night repeated the same songs at least 8 times I have to beg for more than an hour to be able to hear a salsa or a bachata I do not recommend it
