I had not visited a place with the slowest barteneders in the world it seems that they do not want to work especially the Colombian lady with yellow hair attends without desire and the DJs another case in one night repeated the same songs at least 8 times I have to beg for more than an hour to be able to hear a salsa or a bachata I do not recommend it

I took my girlfriend to this restaurant for her birthday and the service was horrendous, waiter acted like she didn’t care and waited almost a hour for the food to come. Also this is the birthday cake they brought out for her in a container. If you just wanna have a good time and just drink this is the place for you; anything else is trash!!
When I arrived for my Christmas Day reservation with my party of 8 from Long Island the restaurant was closed. Extremely disappointed that I was even able to make the reservation in the first place and got text messages and emails to confirm, to make that drive for nothing, was also extremely embarrassing.

I am writing to share my experience from last night's birthday dinner at your restaurant, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. I had high hopes after speaking with someone in the morning who assured me of a wonderful experience.
While I must commend your bartenders for their excellent drinks, rated 8 out of 10, the rest of the evening was quite disappointing. The atmosphere was uncomfortably cold, despite our requests to adjust the heat, which was set too low. Guests around us were wearing jackets and hats, which detracted from the dining experience.
Our waiter was prompt in taking our orders, but we felt neglected as there was little to no follow-up throughout our meal. This was particularly disheartening since it was a special occasion marked as a birthday celebration.
As for the food, I would rate the appetizers a mere 3 out of 10, with burnt chips being a major letdown. The main course fared even worse at a 2.5 out of 10. The fried rice was cold and overly sweet, and my cousin’s request to substitute fries for rice and beans was denied, adding to our frustration. Every question was a no or confused look from the waiter and never got back to us.
Moreover, the menu did not align with what we had seen showcased on social media, which was disappointing. The atmosphere inside the restaurant didn’t match the vibrant experience we anticipated.
Overall, we felt that the evening was not worth the $500 we spent, as we left feeling hungry and dissatisfied. Regrettably, we will likely seek dining options elsewhere in the future, especially in light of the experience we had.

We went to the sunday bottomless brunch. To start, the food selection is limited, poor quality, and WAY OVER-PRICED. As far the "bottomless" deal is also a SCAM. You only get 90 minutes and they technically start the clock once you get the table, however, the service is bad, slow and it took a good 20 minutes for us to get our first and last drink. The food was of VERY POOR QUALITY and poorly cooked. All stakes order were overcooked and HORRIBLE QUALITY, definetly not worth the price. We were not even allowed to order dessert to sing happy birthday because they needed the table for another party. Hooo.. but they charged 20% gratuity, which is an absolute abuse. This place could be a great place, but they are greedy and don't care to provide a fair service in exchange for the price being charged. NEVER WILL GO BACK. Many, many other options in New York offer better value for same or less money. This place is just getting WORSE!! I can't believe they are still on business. HORRIBLE PLACE

At first they sat us by the door which cold kept coming in from outside and they just put a bunch of tables together. Mind you i made the reservation weeks in advance and i specifically requested the booth tables (the comfy green seats). I had to bring it up to them. At first they were like its supposed to go to another group until i mentioned the request i made and so eventually we were moved. The food was terrible. Some of my friends had the chicken and waffles, the chicken was just small bits of chicken nuggets which its not suppoaed to be like that cause the 2nd time i came my friend ordered the same and it was big pieces of chicken which i have proof of in my phone. The truffle parmesan fries was just so mediocre. One of my friends never got his food so we eventually cancelled the order. The waiters were nice but the food and service didnt deserve that 20% gratuity. You guys seriously needa take that off your policy because if the food and service is terrible you guys expect us to pay a tip thats not deserved? I loved this place and recommended it to others but i felt so bad when it didnt turn out the way it always had before. Im definitely not coming back.

Went Friday night to dance, the guy bartender with a buzz cut refused to give anyone tap water and verbally reprimanded the other female bartender for giving me tap water earlier in the night. He originally tried to lie and say they only serve Fuji bottled water for $5 each. Love the place, but I'd avoid it just based on that interaction
