You will have the chance to interact with a high level chef to ask questions and get a better understanding of the food. The courses are well portioned and reasonably priced for the quality you receive. A knowledgeable sommelier is on hand to describe the wine being served. Forget trying to get reservations at one of three Michelin star restaurants in NY. If I lived closer, I would attend one of their dinners every month. If you enjoy fine dining and have not given Meet Resident a try, you should do so. Now.

The chef and somm visited every table, answered all of our questions, and were generally great company for the evening. The team even presented my friend's dessert course with a birthday candle.
