My wife and I attended the event on 9/19 for our wedding anniversary (we’ve attended 3 events through Meet Resident) and all have been great. The menu had Jewish and Puerto Rican influence behind the meal and all of the dishes had excellent presentation while also being flavorful.
From the challah to the gazpacho it was an amazing experience and it is a great date night idea as the wine was excellent as well. The chefs and sommeliers work together in tandem to create a great experience and I will be back!

The venue was intimate and elegant, perfect for a gathering of 24 guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The organization leading up to the event was handled with grace by the planning team and their attention to detail was greatly appreciate.
A special shout-out to Lindsay Vale, who was the main lead and made the evening especially memorable. Lindsay’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out, ensuring that every guest felt welcome and well cared for. Her dedication and charm added an extra layer of excellence to an already fantastic event.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience that left everyone feeling connected and impressed. I highly recommend Resident for any private event, and I look forward to future gatherings organized by this incredible team.

I have participated in two separate meet resident dining events. One in midtown @ Loft 39 and the other in Brooklyn @ Brooklyn Point. Each venue was impressive. Beautiful locations and the dinners were absolute perfection. Upon entering each you are greeted by wonderful hosts and waitstaff, the interaction with the chefs are fun and informative. If you get. Chance to experience any of the dinners it is a perfect date night for a couple or a group of family or friends. Thank me later!! Bon Apetit!!!

I cannot recommend this highly enough! This was one of the best meals I’ve had in my life. My boyfriend and I celebrated Valentine’s Day with Resident, and it was the best Valentine’s Day experience I have ever had!
No waiting. Incredible food. Incredible service. Delicious wine pairings with the food. Beautiful space. None of the hassle of going out to dinner on Valentine’s Day. Beautiful and immaculately clean bathrooms in the location. Learning about the food and seeing it prepared but it doesn’t take over your night.
We are redoing our budget just so that we can try to experience this multiple times a year, it was THAT GOOD. We are also planning to take his Mom next time she is in town. Do not sleep on this!

We chose a meetresident dinner experience for our anniversary, and loved every bite presented. Each course was a burst of complimentary flavors, enhanced by the personal stories from the chef about the ingredients and recipes.
The chef accommodated my vegetarian diet without having to alter my husband's experience, and both of our meals were delicious, experimenting with known and new flavors, plated beautifully, and paired with a healthy pour of wine for each of the 5 courses.
The location was easily accessible and had a beautiful view of the Brooklyn bridge. The Resident team had the lobby staffed to greet guests so there was no awkward milling about or searching for the dining area.
We highly recommend this for your next celebration. Looking forward to experiencing another evening with them in the future.

The courses are well portioned and reasonably priced for the quality you receive. A knowledgeable sommelier is on hand to describe the wine being served. Forget trying to get reservations at one of three Michelin star restaurants in NY. If I lived closer, I would attend one of their dinners every month. If you enjoy fine dining and have not given Meet Resident a try, you should do so. Now.
