Very bad experience.. non fresh food and Super slow… I ordered my lunch through Grubhub and waited 2.5 hrs to get it.. 2 GHB Drivers rejected the delivery and reported same problem “Order is still being prepared” then I called Restaurant n asked when my order gonna be ready? and they said “in 5 minutes” then hung up the phone… its so rude.. then I say well at least my food is almost ready but guess what? They gave the order to driver after 35 minutes which is crazy. Even there wasn’t any customer as the driver told me….. so they don’t really appreciate your time and the food doesn’t deserve to wait… their pollo tacos had kinda old and overcooked taste. I would rate 0 actually but it’s not possible…

I have been a vegan for years but this place serves one of the worse vegan food I have ever had. I had the Philly cheesesteak and the steak empanada and they were both very dry and not tasty. It was like eating dry bread with unmelted cheese with onions and peppers. It seem like they used soy chunks and it wasn’t seasoned and I could count the amount of soy chunk pieces in the bread. They then used the same dry soy chunks in the empanada as well. When you take a bite of the empanada, all the soy chunk pieces starts jumping around-that’s how dry it was. I’m really hoping the real chef was out sick and they don’t actually serve this on a regular to customers.

I ordered a delivery and the girl hung up on me after I called and said that they did not have the delivery service that I requested in the application. How rude to hang up on you.

Ordered a burrito bowl mix that comes with 3 meat choices. Only received 1 meat choice. Had I known I would've got the regular burrito bowl mix that comes with 1 meat choice. Paid $3 extra for the mix bowl. Fail. My fiancé ordered the beef enchiladas. It definitely wasn't beef in the enchiladas. Meat was mushy. Disgusting. Both orders were very small and not worth it. This was via delivery.

Ok so for starters I ordered food here from grubhub. Anytime I get Mexican food I always order a side of those cambray onions. Which in every other place they put a good 5 pieces. Reasonable. And also ordered the carne enchilada nachos *which were BOMB btw* Now why 3 stars ? Because I've ordered from here before and the last time put 4 onions.this time they only gave me 3 onions. SKIMP!!! They did not give me any utensils or any sauce for the nachos. There was also no lettuce in my nachos. Idk if I'll order from here again which sucks cause their nachos are really good.
