Red Beet Borscht with Croquette
Beet Borscht is one of the most traditional Polish soups. This elegant, clear burgundy soup has an earthy beet flavor, which we enhanced with just the right sweet, sour, and wine tones as well as highlights of mushroom flavor. 16oz. Carrot with Horseradish Salad
Grated raw carrots are blended with horseradish and sour cream. This is a rich and spicy side dish that is an excellent addition to any meal.
Cucumber in Sour Cream Salad
Known in Polish as 'Mizeria', this is a classic salad that is an excellent addition to any main dish. Cucumbers are very thinly sliced and mixed with sour cream and a dash of fresh squeezed lemon.
Bell Pepper Salad
Our Bell Pepper salad consists of a lively rainbow of peppers mixed with cucumbers, onions, olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and a dash of salt & pepper.
Red Cabbage Salad
Grated, raw red cabbage with fresh onion, sprinkled with lemon juice. This is an excellent addition to any main meal.

Kopytka - Polish Mashed Potato Dumplings (12 pieces)
These small-sized potato dumplings are a mouth-watering bite size treat. Instead of the larger Pierogi, Kopytka (literally little hooves) are made from mashed potatoes, eggs and salt and are served boiled or fried with a side of onions and sour cream, or with mushroom gravy. (12 pieces)

Food is great but portions have gotten alot smaller and pricier over the years. The place is a tiny space and a very simple operation. You go in, order at the counter, and they bring the food out to you. No waiting staff. Its a 3-person staff from what I can see so things take time.

It can get frustrating at busy hours as the woman up front takes care of the orders, cashier, and brings out food. This is more of a take out than a sit down dinner. Place is brightly...

growing up in a household where authentic homemade Polish food was a normal occurrence, my standards are very high. Restaurant Relax makes me feel right at home, as if my relatives are preparing the food in the back. This will always be my go-to spot for Polish cuisine!

(could be placed in the Top 10 for cleanest restaurants in NYC!!)
