As a Jamaican restaurant one thing dish that you should be able to prepare is oxtails I don’t know what’s going on with they oxtails in here. Oxtails be very chewy got to chew it up for a good 2mins just to swallow. Oxtails are suppose to be tender. Don’t order they oxtails I think they cooking it on high heat.

The food quality was not food. I order jerk chicken with rice and peas. The rice taste burn and the chicken was rotten. The lady at the front did not have good customer service, no hi or thank you just mean. This is the problem with black businesses no good customer service and they wonder why they go out of business.

This weekend is my last time buying food here I was a dedicated customer always had good customer service for some reason there's some new faces serving food an the attitude was disgusting my 40 dollars should be spent without the nasty attitude. I will leave the food next time I go to any Jamaican restuarant with nasty behavior unacceptable.

I ordered stew fish and it was disgusting. The fish was old and the cabbage and rice was soggy. It was very disappointed. The food use to be good and now it fell off. The worse part of it I couldn’t get a refund via uber eats so I wasted my money. I will never order here ever again.

Against my better judgment I ordered jerk chicken with pasta on Uber Eats and I recieved fried chicken instead. The food was cold and chicken was bland, as well as the pasta. I thought this was the night food I used to get on Sundays but guess not. I called to asked if they had Jerk chicken they said, yes; so...why did I get fried.

Just no. Why? I know it's a recession but goodness! I cannot. I don't know where to start if it's the crunchy roti skin...(Which is not supposed to be crunchy!!!) If it is that means it's stale!!! Then the jerk chicken that's actually barbecue chicken. You will not get my money again.

This place is straight trash. Do not order from them through Uber Eats. Nothing to do with delivery it’s the order. I ordered oxtail Mac and cheese and got bland chicken Mac and cheese with bones, paid extra for a dumpling, the dumpling was a ball of dough that was very hard and cold. I was forced to order the large oxtail, rice and peas meal through the app. The oxtail, rice and peas was tasty but meat was small and fatty and got no vegetables that was supposed to come with it. At your own risk, would not recommend nor order ever again.

They are very lazy and talking very rude to me I am uber eats driver and here for pickup an order the person in the they I am not working here I am busy blahhh blah and talking too much inside the kitchen it like 40 min of they are it’s ready I am just packing it they have buffet system everything thing ready there but just can’t pack it

The food and service wasn’t bad however I brought Some macaroni pie with some chicken wings on Sunday ( during the heat weave in nyc) outside was 90 degrees but inside the restaurant felt like it was 110 degrees. There was no AC in the restaurant which is terrible because you can’t have the food sitting out in the heat that’s not good. The food will get spoiled. I ate around 6:00pm and immediately had to go to the bathroom afterwards . I thought I was okay but the next morning I was in and out of the bathroom! That food messed up my stomach real bad. & i know It was because of them because that’s the only food i had. I had To call out of work. FIX YOUR AC !!!! I ate From them before with no issues but it’s summertime now, you can’t cook food in that heat and leave it out. It’s not good for the food or for your employees.
