Against my better judgment I ordered jerk chicken with pasta on Uber Eats and I recieved fried chicken instead. The food was cold and chicken was bland, as well as the pasta. I thought this was the night food I used to get on Sundays but guess not. I called to asked if they had Jerk chicken they said, yes; so...why did I get fried.

Just no. Why? I know it's a recession but goodness! I cannot. I don't know where to start if it's the crunchy roti skin...(Which is not supposed to be crunchy!!!) If it is that means it's stale!!! Then the jerk chicken that's actually barbecue chicken. You will not get my money again.

This place is straight trash. Do not order from them through Uber Eats. Nothing to do with delivery it’s the order. I ordered oxtail Mac and cheese and got bland chicken Mac and cheese with bones, paid extra for a dumpling, the dumpling was a ball of dough that was very hard and cold. I was forced to order the large oxtail, rice and peas meal through the app. The oxtail, rice and peas was tasty but meat was small and fatty and got no vegetables that was supposed to come with it. At your own risk, would not recommend nor order ever again.

They are very lazy and talking very rude to me I am uber eats driver and here for pickup an order the person in the they I am not working here I am busy blahhh blah and talking too much inside the kitchen it like 40 min of they are it’s ready I am just packing it they have buffet system everything thing ready there but just can’t pack it

The food and service wasn’t bad however I brought Some macaroni pie with some chicken wings on Sunday ( during the heat weave in nyc) outside was 90 degrees but inside the restaurant felt like it was 110 degrees. There was no AC in the restaurant which is terrible because you can’t have the food sitting out in the heat that’s not good. The food will get spoiled. I ate around 6:00pm and immediately had to go to the bathroom afterwards . I thought I was okay but the next morning I was in and out of the bathroom! That food messed up my stomach real bad. & i know It was because of them because that’s the only food i had. I had To call out of work. FIX YOUR AC !!!! I ate From them before with no issues but it’s summertime now, you can’t cook food in that heat and leave it out. It’s not good for the food or for your employees.

I go to this restaurant and order the sweet chili salmon, sweet plantain, steamed vegetables and homemade sorrel. I enjoyed the food and go back regularly.

This was the nastiest Jamaican food I ever had, it’s like they put zero seasoning in the chicken, the rice was very nasty, it’s like the chicken was tired of being reheated!! Horrible will never ever eat there again!!!!!!!
Stop adding sugar to stew peas and curry. The only dish that can have a bit of sugar is brown stew fish , brown stew chicken , barbecue chicken and rice and peas. I am tired of buying stew peas from you guys and it taste like porridge. The sugar mask the true flavor of the stew peas. Thats not cool.

I shoulda read all these poor reviews before going. The lasy at the register is an illogical jinnal & try tek ppl fe eedyot. She tries to use words and expects you to accept what she's saying as true. Her math on my bill was completely incorrect. She doesn't know I was a math teacher for a couple years and am an Ivy Leaguer. I was polite for as long aa I couls before my Patois has to come out. Very bad experience. They also didn't ha w cornmeal porridge the first time I went. Had peanut or green banana porridge instead when nothing is more standard than good ole CORNMEAL porridge. If you don't mind being stolen from, argued with, all for mediocre food, this is the spot. If yuh wah keep yuh peace of mind AND nuh raise yuh pressure, GO ELSEWHERE.
