Food is subpar not as tasty as the Hardee's on Utica staff also not as pleasant. The surrounding environment is also disgusting hoodlums hanging outside and inside restaurant making you feel unsafe. Had the steamed dumplings which were disgusting also didn't look anything like advertised in the photo.
