I've come here as far back as 2018, and I honestly don't know why. As of the last 5 years, the quality has seriously deteriorated. I'll explain my most recent visit.
Came in, place is clean for the most part at first glance. I order my food to go, and ask for a patacon sandwich with a cabbage substitution because warm lettuce is far from appetizing to my palette. This is approximately a $15 sandwich taken up to a total of $17. That is absolutely fine on my end. Given inflation, costs of operation, etc. Totally valid. Prices are on the menu, but I'm not sure if I would have wanted cabbage or lettuce for $2. I digress.
I took advantage of the wait time (~15 mins) and used the restroom. It smelled like nothing but dead mice in there. Urine was also observed on the floor. Had I used the restroom PRIOR to ordering, I would have left without a second thought. But I pressed on, used the restroom, and promised to never return.
After opening up my sandwich, the presentation was decent. But I was perplexed as something layered in ketchup, mayo, cheese, tomato, and grilled chicken was dry and lacking in flavor. The plantain casing was thick but could have been toasted a bit more for crunch/texture.
This location is disappointing and overpriced. But, don't take my word for it. If I COULD make a suggestion, find the deceased mice in your bathroom 🐀🐀🐀

Food is edible. It's not properly prepared. The steak was low-quality, chewy, and tepid. Only the morir soñando was fine. Venue is loud, obnoxious, and attracts the kind of brash patrons akin to dive-bar crowds. It was so distasteful that a member of our party left before the food was even served.

If you order delivery, don't believe what you read on the food description. I the salad that is supposed to come with fish and chicken. Instead it fish, they added beef. Added no dressing whatsoever, and the tostones were soggy. Who eats a salad without dressing? If I wanted beef, I would have ordered it. The chimi was ok, but I mean, how can you even mess that up. Just be aware that the descriptions are not accurate, and if you order a juice, be prepared to get a flavor you didn't order as well.

Me and my friends ordered the 5 carnes snack it was amazing, delivery super fast food was still hot, different options of payment definitely recommend

I just had the shame of my life, I talked to some Arab friends about how good Dominican fried food is and these rpsm sent the fried food half cooked and they also sent meat for a maximum of 3 people, a picadera that was 5 meats, how disgusting I will honestly never buy from this place again ?????

Damn dude, I always order from here but today was the day they took mad long to send a delivery out + I was charged for the order. I tried to get support from UberEats, they didn’t helped me and now I don’t think the restaurant will do it either. Such a bad experience this time… Ridiculous
