This place blasts loud music every single weekend late into the night with no respect for their neighbors. I have a two and five year old and the noise disturbs their sleep. This is especially an issue Sunday night, when my daughter has to be at school in the morning. I have attempted to talk to their employees several times they told me there’s nothing they could do so I’m hoping this reaches the owner. For the sake of the neighborhood that patronizes your business, turn down the music!!!!!

I've come here as far back as 2018, and I honestly don't know why. As of the last 5 years, the quality has seriously deteriorated. I'll explain my most recent visit.
Came in, place is clean for the most part at first glance. I order my food to go, and ask for a patacon sandwich with a cabbage substitution because warm lettuce is far from appetizing to my palette. This is approximately a $15 sandwich taken up to a total of $17. That is absolutely fine on my end. Given inflation, costs of operation, etc. Totally valid. Prices are on the menu, but I'm not sure if I would have wanted cabbage or lettuce for $2. I digress.
I took advantage of the wait time (~15 mins) and used the restroom. It smelled like nothing but dead mice in there. Urine was also observed on the floor. Had I used the restroom PRIOR to ordering, I would have left without a second thought. But I pressed on, used the restroom, and promised to never return.
After opening up my sandwich, the presentation was decent. But I was perplexed as something layered in ketchup, mayo, cheese, tomato, and grilled chicken was dry and lacking in flavor. The plantain casing was thick but could have been toasted a bit more for crunch/texture.
This location is disappointing and overpriced. But, don't take my word for it. If I COULD make a suggestion, find the deceased mice in your bathroom 🐀🐀🐀
