They say Rico Pollo got authentic Spanish food but what I payed for was overly salty I brought a large and small Chicken soup 1 large on small I gave the a 4 tip total 26.00 and it was nasty and salty I flushed down the toilet. It’s sad cause I’ve eaten their food before and it was delicious but this time around it was to salty to eat they should fire the cook soup ain’t supposed to have all that salt and the rice was equally salty! I will never eat or order from them ever. !!!🤬🤬🤬
They didn't ask if the food was to eat in or to go...but other than that everything was perfect...highly recommended.

A terrible experience, today I went to buy my food, very happy since I was not going to cook, but I was most disappointed by the person who served me, shouting as if I were deaf and stupid, treated me in a way as if I I was asking him for free food, he has a terrible attitude where I didn't feel like coming back again because if you work it's not the way to serve clients that way and if you don't feel like working it's better to stay the night at home 😡

The service is horrible . The lady had an attitude. The food is disgusting. I currently have food poisoning from it . This was my brunch and the only thing I ate. Pure disgusting. They fell off big time. The food was good at one point but my ass won’t be returning ever again. Y’all can have this nasty ass food and rude ass waiters .
