Great restaurant. Absolutely recommendable. We had a small problem regarding the spiciness of a dish, but it was solved in a very customer-friendly way. We will be back.

Me and my friends came here after a long bike ride. It was cool and rainy and the food was delicious and warmed us up. The service was solid as well, friendly and happy to describe dishes to us. I’m allergic to wheat and they accommodated me. My pad thai tasted so good! It’s a small space and not fancy but we were very comfortable.

I was so happy to have found this little hidden gem today. Food tasted great and price was extremely reasonable for everything that I got (Pad Thai with soup) definitely recommend! But like everything in life, nothing is perfect, could definitely upgrade their customer service!

Went here with a friend one Sunday evening and was surprised by the quality of every dish. I had a pad kee mao, shared beef spring rolls, and had a tasty Thai iced tea.I like the vibe of the place despite the tables being so close together. Wish they would make things spicy, but I understand having to cater to the local palate.

There are two restaurants in here and the Thai restaurant has the worst service I have ever had. The staff inside do not communicate and have some weird arguments going on with the front restaurant. I brought students on a field trip and some needed to use the bathroom. I bought 7 bottles of water, and when we went in, the Thai restaurant refused to let us use the bathroom because “there’s nothing on the receipt”. The front restaurant staff tried really hard to help, but the Thai restaurant staff kept yelling at him. When I went in to talk to him, he was very rude and told me that we need to “follow the rules” and don’t bring people to a place that “don’t welcome them”. I have never been to a restaurant where the staff said that they don’t welcome me, and even after I paid. He said that we need to pay $10 per person to use the bathroom. I will not visit here for food or anything, because it’s just heartbreaking to be treated like this. He could have told us this at the beginning and I would have left.

We came yesterday cause i found this place near by dumbo with thai food was my aunts birthday, we had a horrible experience. First the waitress sat us in the front then took forever to come get the order as we were ordering she look like she was in a rush to close the place barerly let my uncle order his order, then never came to ask if everything was okay. The food was dreadful the chicken was so dry, the soup had more oil than anything, horrible. the only good thing was the spring rolls, then at the end they still added 20% gratuity wich is ridiculous if she knew was added at least treat us with some respect, is a joke. Then she tried to be nice after we pay giving some free sweet thing that she claimed to be chicken but it wasnt was something with mushroom she seems nuts but oh well we never going back there.

Has a separate vegan menu with a variety of options. The vegan green curry tofu noodle soup is on the spicier side. Very friendly staff members.

Consistently amazing food ready super fast. Our go to Thai place in the neighborhood for quite a while. Vegan options are amazing and the menu is impressive.

Vegetarian options: Always good and don’t sneak in fish sauce as many other places do

Tuck away in dumbo Brooklyn area this charming little Thai restaurant called rim nam. It's very typical Thai, there is only one server but he is very friendly and fast5he food. Omw fast too. You should at least try their pancake. It's very tasty, the pad Thai taste well balanced. Overall it's a good experience.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience today at Rim Nam Thai Kitchen compelled me to share. I placed an order through DoorDash, aligning my pick-up time with the restaurant's opening hours listed as 11:00 AM on Google. I arrived at 11:15 AM, expecting my meal to be ready or nearly so.Upon arrival, the cashier informed me that I was early, which was perplexing since it was 15 minutes after their stated opening time. He claimed that my order would be ready in another 5-10 minutes. Trusting his word, I waited patiently.Twenty minutes passed, and with no communication or food in sight, I approached the cashier for an update. That's when he casually dropped that the cook hadn't even arrived yet. This lack of communication and disregard for my time was both unprofessional and a significant inconvenience. When I decided to cancel the order due to the delay, the cashier was reluctant and suggested that I cancel it through DoorDash on my end. It was clear that cancelling the order from his end was straightforward and would have taken mere moments, yet he preferred to inconvenience me further. It's unacceptable for customers to schedule orders based on the restaurant's opening time, only to be left waiting indefinitely because the staff isn't ready to fulfill those orders. The casual indifference to my time and the resistance to efficiently handle the order cancellation was utterly disappointing. In the end, I left Rim Nam Thai Kitchen empty-handed and with my time wasted. I hope that the restaurant addresses these operational issues for the sake of future customers. I, for one, am hesitant to return or recommend this establishment after such a disorganized and poorly managed experience.

Cute restaurant in Dumbo area. Delicious Thai food, we had the Wok Basil Beef and Panang Curry Chicken with veggie spring rolls and rice. Nice spice level, just enough to make you sweat. Great, friendly service.

I ordered through Uber eats and the food took forever to be delivered but it was well worth the wait. I got pad kee mao (drunken noodles) with chicken. The flavors were delicious. Loved it.
