I've seen the Rita's in Philly, Coney Island and here, and never tried it before. It was warm and I said today is the day. Long line, everybody had the same idea. The flavors looked amazing. I tried custard with ices. The custard tasted I don't know, off. Not totally spoiled but not delicious. There was no flavor to the custard other than like milk that is on its way to going bad. Maybe they use different ingredients because they are kosher. Although I like kosher food and it can be delicious if made well. The ices were ok but a little too cold and too sweet. Disappointing as I always imagined with their reputation they were better than this. I would not return. Not worth the calories, price or line. Uncle Louis G's, while not amazing, is better.

It was ok. I don’t need staff to be super friendly or fake but that dude had the thousand yard stare. Took my card, no idea how much anything was. The ice cream sufficed. Good enough where I would go back because it’s there but I’m not raving about it.

I always look for a Rita's when I'm in the mood for ices. Unfortunately, they didn't have my root beer ice so I got a Georgia Peach Gelati. It wasn't bad, but it doesn't come close to the root beer.
Expensive but worth it.Hasn't been open in months.

Worst place ever! Rita’s had a coupon for spring to get a free Rita’s. I went to three locations on Friday and all were closed when they said open!! And on Sunday went again and said they don’t have anymore “spring” cups! So fill a regular cup up halfway but nope they can’t! Went to location on kings highway same excuse. Lots of lying and bad customer service. I will not buy from Rita’s so fast again unless they compensate me for all this aggravation they caused me and my kids.

The options are amazing! I loved the Oreo milkshake and vanilla custard they were literally the best I EVER tasted! ??? I definitely recommend this place. The other reviews honestly shocked me because my experience was the total opposite including customer service there was a very nice young lady with dark hair that has a baby who was very patient and helpful.
