Honorary mention to Luis who worked diligently and gracefully even when something wasn’t up to par Luis ensured to fix it right there and then no hesitation no attitude or mal intent. Such a kind soul made me feel like I was right where I belonged. Thanks Luis. S/o kitchen staff also food is yummmieeee

I live in the neighborhood I’ve been here 3x and every time the staff was in a hurry and a bit rude (being annoyed when they didn’t hear something or not wanting to explain something on the menu etc). I understand that these simple customer service things don’t come naturally to people that don’t get paid a living wage, but Roberta’s is very group-oriented with tables (I don’t think they let you order just a slice 🤷🏻‍♂️) and that’s just the kind of thing that happens when dining as a group so I think the staff should be patient when someone has a question. So far I haven’t felt any kindness from the servers so I won’t be returning anytime soon. It’s also way overpriced, there’s way better pizza and cheaper cocktails right nearby. Go to Moondog for cocktails and to Starrlight for a full-size pizza

Good pizza, could have had a whole pie to myself and for the price wish the pies were bigger. Ingredients were definitely of quality. It’s a fun time there and the outdoor area is definitely ‘lit’. Might visit again to take friends but wouldn’t go again on my own. Also it’s very busy on evenings/weekends, server was swamped/ forgetful about me and my small group. Also very expensive canned sodas.

Very good pizza in a vibey Brooklyn space that has lots of character. Decent selections of beers and wine to pair as well.

Well I’ll start with saying I’ve never been so sure I was about to be robbed as I was when our cab driver took us into this industrial area which was pitch black as it was night time. When the car stopped and there was nothing around I was sure it was my time to go !! However the cab driver pointed to a red light over a small vestibule and said “that’s it” was beyond relieved to know we were still gonna make it !!

As we had no reso we had to wait two and a half hours for a table as the place was packed.

The pizzaiolos were very friendly and talked to us about everything pizza and more.

I asked some questions about the oven as it didn’t look like any I ever saw live or when I shop for my own and then they explained it was basically home made on the spot and that’s just amazing and very cool .. especially because they’re churning out NYC’s best pizza.

Very vibey atmosphere , very friendly staff … incredible pizza. 🍕

The coffee was rich and smooth, and the pastries were warm and flaky. The staff took their time to make sure everything was perfect. I loved the peaceful morning atmosphere. It’s my new favorite breakfast spot.

A nice place with a wood fired stone oven. Fluffy and tasty dough with generous amount of toppings

Kitchen cool Brooklyn vibe. Indoor and outside seating. 2 bars. The one we were at you could get food from, but every time you went back up for anything such as a drink or anything like that you had to stand on an enormously long line and wait quite a while, which wasn't great. The meatballs were very good, and the regular and Margherita pies were very tasty. Crust was soft, not crispy and thin.
