A bit of a hole in the wall being in a more remote location, the slice pictured was great. I immediately detected a sourdough crust and it was a welcome change to other pizzas. The slice came out extremely hot to touch and I had to wait a few minutes before taking a real bite. Every bite had some crunch to it which was nice. Any saltiness wasn't overwhelming or was the sauce noticeably sweet either. My complaint was that it may have been a little over burnt or dried out,...

I can say with full confidence that Roebling Pizza is the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had. The owner is always there, making sure the treatment is personal and the quality stays good, like, gooood! They have seasonal pizzas, which makes it hard to even keep track of what’s on the menu, but believe me, whatever kind they have is always insanely delicious.

Stopped by Roebling on my way to a concert in Brooklyn. This place absolutely rocks! It’s a tiny little hole-in-the-wall, but it’s definitely full of soul and puts out some really delectable sourdough pies and slices.
