I hosted a surprise 30th birthday party for someone special at this venue, based on a friend's recommendation, despite seeing negative reviews. While the space and staff were nice, the overall experience was disappointing. The food portions were extremely small—we were all still hungry after what felt more like a tasting than a meal.
Communication was frustrating, as the only way to reach them was by text, and sometimes I had to message multiple times just to get a response. Payment could only be made through Zelle, which felt sketchy and unprofessional.
My package included two bottles, but they turned out to be small personal-sized bottles for a group of 13+, which was disappointing. For the money I spent, I could’ve rented a space and had it catered with way more food—and still had money left over.
What they show on Instagram doesn’t match the actual experience, and I can see why they don’t promote it on TikTok. It’s a great concept with very poor execution. Overall, it was overpriced and not worth the headache. I wouldn’t recommend it.

This place is a scam. Do not do business with them. They scammed me of my deposit. They’re saying they don't do refunds as well. You can only text the number listed on the website. I texted the number provided and explained to them that i wanted to take a tour and meet the person I’ll be dealing with personally. I set up an appointment and arrived at the given time. No one showed up. The person i texted didn't reply until the next day acting like i never reached out to any one when i arrived. I waited an hour and a half. I asked for a refund and they said they do not do refunds. It’s a Scam. You’ve been warned.

Save yourself some time and energy and do not book with this company. I celebrated my 30th birthday here. I paid in advance and was in contact with the “booking manager” up until the morning of my reservation confirming everything. When my guest arrived the staff did not allow my guest to enter the building. The “security” at the main entrance kept saying there was no reservation at this location. Not once did the booking manager or “owner” come down to greet nor address the issue. I kept calling and texting the booking manager and owner and received no response. 30-45 minutes into my reservation the “owner” decides to give me a call as we were still standing out the building. I had to REQUEST that he come down and speak to me. The owner kept saying i canceled my reservation when in fact i didn’t. He pretended as if he did not know who the booking manager was. After going back and forth and demanding accommodations, he gave me a room that i didn’t book for. The host was unprofessional and rambunctious! He yelled at my guest from the beginning to end of the night. He held a BLUNT while serving the hookah. The food portions were small and not worth the price. I could not “control” the music as advertised. The host destroyed my cake and blamed us for it. They took it upon themselves to cut my cake without asking me. They cut and put my cake in aluminum foil. The “complimentary” bottles were small (please see google image as reference). At the end of the night, i expressed my concerns and experience to the owner. The “owner” showed no empathy or any care. The accommodation offered was for me to come back another day for a different experience. I THINK NOT! And you shouldn’t either. I wish i could rate them a zero but google won’t allow me.

Rating 1 star for multiple reasons. 1. Hookah was included in each package. In our package, we were supposed to get 1 complimentary hookah. When we arrived, they went back and forth with us about how hookah wasn’t included. Ended up having to pay $72 for each hookah. 2. The hookah was HORRIBLE, lasts for 10 minutes and the smoke is mediocre. Poorly made. 3. They were harassing us to leave at 1 on the dot, and as we’re walking out, the host starts joking and screaming about a TIP??? 4. After the party, my cousin left her Balenciaga glasses on the table. We went back inside after about 2 minutes and they were no where to be found. Everyone was clueless, regardless of the fact that she knew where she left them

I would give this place negative stars. We came her for a birthday party and upon our arrival they told our group that we were at the wrong location and sent us to a new address. At the new address, they again told us we were at the wrong location and needed to go BACK to the original location. They had us traveling back and forth, then told us that our reservation was "canceled" in their system but we NEVER received a refund for this cancellation nor did we receive an email stating that our reservation was canceled. This caused us to miss 1.5 hour of our 3 hour time frame for our room. Then, they put us in a totally different room than what we payed for, with not enough chairs, food did not come out for 1.5 hours, food was 2 VERY SMALL portions, about ~$18 worth of food if I had to guess. The complimentary "bottles" that they provide were 3 PERSONAL SIZED BOTTLES for the price that you pay to rent a room here I find that totally unacceptable, especially having 25+ people in attendance. The room was hot, barely had any air conditioning. They ruined our birthday cake, a whole side of the cake's icing was completely missing. The CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. THE ONE WAITER WAS TRYING TO BALANCE 4 PARTIES AT THE SAME TIME AND GETTING MADE AT OUR GROUP FOR ASKING FOR COMMON THINGS. WE WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH THE WHOLE STAFF, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST A BAD BUSINESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. All we wanted was to be accommodated for THEIR error and for them to take some accountability, but that never happened. For the price that you pay for this, I would not recommend spending your money here.

Very disappointing experience. The owner and/or staff had our party of (24) go back and forth between their primary and second location because of a “system issue”. Once settled, SKI - the host, was rude from the beginning. Demanding the door be closed while remaining members of the party was standing outside waiting to be escorted in, DESTROYING the birthday cake, not serving food to everyone and arguing with several individual from the party one being the birthday person. Definitely don’t recommend and will never return.

First of all I didn’t receive everything that was promoted on the website, our server for the night barely knew what was going on we had to do the entrance twice because he never gave us the sparklers. And the owner gave us the wrong address as we were coming! Now they keep ignoring my complaints and messages. And on top of it all it was very expensive. I just wasn’t satisfied at all. And it doesn’t help that they won’t even respond to any of my concerns. It’s honestly a waste of money guys!
The food was good. But the service from Kendra was terrible. She treated everyone as if she were doing them a favor. No unlimited drinks and the hookah was just not it. She made rude comments here and there. The food and atmosphere were beautiful but a few people asked me based off of the pics my friends and I posted and I recommended no, just because Kendra’s customer service was horrible. If you go, make sure you go went Kendra isn’t there

Not impressed by the service from kendra, though she tried with a slight attitude and some kinda chip on her shoulder she was only serious about making sure no one received more food then they were supposed to and for 160 per person thats sad, it clearly was clearly stated as unlimited FOOD, drink hookah. $160 per person yall advertising unlimited food drinks etc but when i asked the server about more food kendra said there's no unlimited food only hookah so thats false advertising why say its unlimited when clearly there's limit on food . ? last course was okay im loeing itcwas bageed up with food that if u didntveatvany of the other course you get to tale home all 3 courses she even told me i took some one food even though she sat the plate in front of me while i was sitting there which was weird because i paid 160 and even if you place the plate on the table which mind you three people where sitting kendra u made no effort to cone back to bring more until she was asked not gonna lie this spot smelled mildewish upon arrival and thats fine but wow the new spot on the other hand esthetically pleasing could make for photos opportunities that it thats all.. instagram be having people fooled shout out tonthe person who puts advertising up it make ot look good.

It was unlimited wine and drinks yet again the waitress that was taking care of us was not attentive at all on checking in on us if we needed anything and when she did she'll come back 45min. Later or more , some of us didn't even get what we asked for even if it was just water.overall it was just a Horrible horrible service and for the type of basic food they serve. You can definitely find some place better and better ambiance for your moneys worth. !!! Definitely will NOT be going back there at all. Not worth your money!!!!

I really don’t know what to say. Over $6k and event was ruined and not worth a penny due to poor customer service. The food was good but I paid for an extra hour which they told me they couldn’t accommodate on the day of the event!! Me and my party were rushed out of the door we could barely get our selves together. There was a bunch of alcohol out at the bar they didn’t even pass out when we were supposed to be getting rounds of shots all night. A bunch of the cake I brought in went missing mysteriously many people told me they didn’t get cake in their bags and I didn’t even get a slice of my own birthday cake. The cake they provided had no writing on it what so ever it was a blank cake. Please do not waste your money on this it was not worth it at all
