The food at this location š is very scrumptious. Cooked to perfection š. Customer service is beyond awesome. They prepared a wonderful Thanksgiving meal for their customers. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking real family oriented ambiance and authentic Jamaican food and drinks.

I ordered off UberEats and asked for no banana just dumplings and yams. They deliberately put banana anyway. And my plate is full of water from the boiled banana. Iām very unhappy cause this was $25 and I should get what I ask for not what you guys decide I should get. AND WHERE IS THE DUMPLINGS OMG. Now I have to eat thisā¦ Iām so angry with you guys seriously.

I had a very poor experience with Roweās. itās not my first time here, but particularly this time.. I had an issue. On the website menu it states $4 for bake & saltfish, so I went there with $9 and change ready to afford it. It ended up being $10 after seeing the total was $5 for a bake & I donāt have much money; $9 and change was all I had on my checking account. Their machine took the $9 from from me & was waiting for $1.25 left, so I asked my mom who has a speech impediment due to a stroke if she canāt send $1 more. After a while of getting assorted due to her lack of understanding, she did. And then, they told me I had to pay the full price and it declined on their part when the money was already taken from MY account. I only owed $1.25. I got charged in total about $19 for TWO BAKES. Iām trying to get around as is unemployed & with a disabled mom. Then the lady nicely checks in on me, but questions me if I come here all the time or if my mom does. When I answer, āoccasionally,ā Iām then cut off when I was continuing to speak and never looked upon again until I had the price. I got emotional and had to wait til I was done crying, which I couldnāt control because I was overwhelmed from my mom stuttering on the phone trying her best to figure out how to send money to me to afford our breakfast.. and me trying to not waste these peopleās time. I donāt like Roweās. they didnāt even CARE when I showed them that the money was pending for me because I did! Never coming here again.

Overall the food was good. My daughter didnāt care for the potato salad and my husbands oxtail couldāve used a few more minutes cooking; slightly tough. The woman who took our order was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. The table we sat at was a bit soiled but not to the point that I will completely knock this place off of my list.

IF ORDERING THROUGH UBEREATS BEWARE: Rowes restaurant accepted my order then called me to tell me the whole order was no longer available. I have the voicemail saved. I returned their call to rectify the situation, the merchant said everything was sold out and they could not cancel my order on their end. Since the order was accepted by them I was unable to cancel on my end. The restaurant continued to have drivers show up to their restaurant and call me to cancel the order until the last driver pretended to pick up my order, drove by my house and acted as if he delivered an order (without contacting me nor entering the pin that shouldāve been requested of me) .. Iām not sure if the restaurant is struggling or what but Iāve never been told that a store could not cancel an order when everything is sold out- so one could only assume they needed my little bit of dollars since I ended up being charged and food less lol.

Iāve had breakfast here and it was decent. The owner/chef is very pleasant but babyā¦ the Mac n cheese I just had had to be a joke. I mean no flavor at all just bland Mac n cheese a waste of money even the cheese top had absolutely no flavor indicating low quality ingredients and with food so expensive itās very disappointing

I come here all the time and will never ever come back after seeing this in my food! Itās absolutely disgusting! Worst of all I come back to the restaurant to get a refund which they did return my money but the owner did not have the courtesy to come and apologize he sent the server to apologize on his behalf.
The icing on the cake is they wanted to say that it didnāt come from them after I watched them serve my food. I asked the server so whatās being done with the tray I told him that whole tray has been compromised and who knows how much more flies/bugs is in that tray I said to him you can not serve anything from that tray to your customers itās disgusting and itās a health hazard he tapped me on the shoulder as if he was coming back to me and returned to the tray and took it to the kitchen. Iām just standing there and I asked him what happened with the tray when he returned to another customer and he told me that he discarded the ackee & saltfish and bought back an empty tray. Honestly I donāt believe that is what happened, I believe once I departed that tray would be right back to serve their customers! Thatās disgusting! This took place on Monday June 3 at approximately 11am - 11:15am.

Brown stew snapper fried out too dry...wen eating fish hard...like chewing stick....salmon too white looks uncooked brown the salmon alittle...one more they keep food covered so it doesn't dry out otherwise I like going there

Love this place I go often especially for my unsweetened Porridge and fried dumpling. The workers are so nice and sweet and the owner Mr. Rowe is such a lovely person would always recommend.
