Didn't get my food. The lady kept putting people ahead of me, then I told her I was here for a while, and other people she still passed me so I left and I was hungry it was after the west indies parade.. I think she was mad she wasn't there š¤

I visited Royal Jerk today from Florida, and let me tell you something the food was the bomb!!!!! Chef Jimmy keep up the good work. The jerk chicken is well seasoned, the soup omg wonderful!!!!!!!ā¦grab yourself a pepper shrimp if you are a shrimp? lover, itās Devine and spicy ?ļø

I like this restaurant I order food from there all the time but today I ordered DoorDash and the rice is under cook. So I walked to the restaurant to show them and the Indian guy in the restaurant was so rude bro and acting as if Iām bugging. I lost respect for this restaurant in the upmost way. He should thank god im godly.

I went to Royal Jerk last week on Saturday , I ordered an oxtail dinner with Rasta pasta . When I went to pay for my food I was told the transaction didnāt go through even though it clearly shows on my bank statement that I was charged twice . I was told that the money would return to my card in 2 days but an entire week had passed . Once I went back ,I spoke with the owner (the same guy I spoke with last week ) and he tried to pretend like he didnāt know the entire situation. I was there for almost 30 minutes arguing with them about returning my money .this place is overrated and overpriced for them to have nasty food . These were by far the nastiest and toughest oxtail I have ever had .Do yourself a favor if youāre thinking about eating here , DONT.
